QUESTION. somewhat related to mental health. I wonder if James could talk on a future podcast about techniques to stop yourself when you're on a bad roll and you've given up a series of points. In rec play we don't have timeouts really ...although I guess you could call ask for a break. But how do you get your head together quickly and back in the right direction when things seem to be falling apart?
Be great to hear on ur pod ur progression with levels from amateur to pro over the past two years or so and how u transitioned from like 5.5 to pro! Thx
James you should play singles each tournament. You are great at it and 10 player. You would medal a lot, but Ben Johns is still number 1. No excuses anymore, just play singles it is good for the game, you are in great shape.
I really enjoyed the funny interactions between the two of you. I was truly cracking up throughout the podcast. Ava, come on the podcast more often.
you two are hilarious
Loved the podcast... 😂 it was great to laugh & enjoy the banter of siblings! Keep up the great job you're doing! ❤
What a great podcast…wholesome and funny banter. And, James, note that I am very old and understood your humor🤣
Well deserved title of best solo podcaster in pickleball. Also don't quit singles!!
Never have seen James win anything in singles,
@bart1476 He would have to pay his dues with sustained play over a period of a couple years to just catch up.
You should have Ava and Parris on more often - the most hilarious episodes!
This was pretty funny. Thanks for sharing 😊
great podcast! Nice family has your back! play singles :)

Thank you both! This was fun to watch!
How should someone deal with a partner who says negative words when missing balls? Thanks
It’s obvious that your parents did a great job with the two of you.
This was a good one 😂
She got your sense of humor

You should have had little Nico on as well
Ava why are you doing your interview from a ATM vestibule but also are you looking for a mid 4's DUPR husband
What are James impressive tennis achievements? What was his highest professional ranking? Never heard of him before in pro tennis.
Like he said. He peaked at 16yo where he was 5 in the nation then lost interest and the discipline to make the next jump.
Nothing wrong with the ping pong grip. Just wait till higher level ping pong player transition over.
There are high level ping pong players in Pickleball but they use the correct grip for a different sport.
@@godgunsandgoldens I don't see any table tennis players cracking the top 10 in the world playing pickleball.
Haha she's just as funny or maybe even funnier than you
“Not against title 9” 🙄 respect gone JI🤷♂️
I have to be politically correct 😅
