Now that's understandable for the first two lines "I'll touch you in the places where no one's been before / I'll kiss you in the places where men sometimes ignore", but lyrically the last two lines shouldn't be a problem. Then he skips the big climax of the chorus LOL. This live version is all over the place. But damn, Jon sure was fine. I had such a big crush on him.
