Hey, I’m having Honor View10 (V10). The phone is restarting occasionally and sometimes it switches off and does not come back on even after 2-3 days. The battery also gets drained when the phone comes back on.
I took it to the authorised service centre and they checked the power on/off switch and also tried changing the battery and both didn’t work (from what they told me).
Do you have any idea why this may happen?
Step by step follow
Check on off strip ( also check board track short)
Check batrery or change check battery then battery board contact pin check
Try hard reset (wipe data check must you back up your importent data also )
Then try software new virsion ( or try. Software update)
Then check power ic
Then last step cpu problem check reball ✅️

Hello sir i have honor 9 i my phone wasn't updated when i put it on update (EMUI) but then after it was randomly restarting i checked settings then on system updation there was 3 option but downloading packaging option was not working 😢 please help please.. it is having a lots of data and when i restart it ,it works only fir 2 minutes then again restarts automatically 😢 please help
After reset mobile is automatically restart continuously again again. So plz suggest it could be useful for me ?
You first check? Charger in check proper working? Check battery.then check on off problem.
Charger is working properly and battery is also good condition because it once charging full then it will mini mum 2 days and when continuously restarting mobile is heated.
