My husband's a professional truck driver and a very good one. We were in Alabama he had the right of way and there were a few vehicles that didn't yield to his truck. They were going thru the yield sign like it wasn't there it's to bad they're wasn't a cop around so he could show them how to do it.
@@WasephWastar Europe has better roundabout design. The Netherlands does not design dual lane roundabouts like this because they're dangerous. They stick to single lane or "turbo" roundabout design. They also have tighter entry and exit angles to slow vehicles for safety.

Now that is a round about, perfect design and efficient traffic pattern
Always remember traffic from your left has right-of-way. You should also use your indicators to show your planned direction.
This should be law in every state.
In theory this is great but in reality it is not great with large trucks . 1/23
It’s very nice in this video but in practice it’s not so sad
This is too complicated for the average driver....
no it's not, in Europe there's roundabout everywhere and it's easy for them, if someone doesn't understand it he's just dumb
It wasn't that hard to learn (it actually made sense tbh), but certainly it's not something most Americans are used to in a daily context.
The reason why it's so hard is lots of drivers don't know what the word YIELD means. Everybody thinks they're more important than the next person.

The rest of the world is quite happy with roundabouts.

I hate roundabouts. What a waste of money.
They didn't wanna spend any $ on lights or atleast a 4 way stop.
