Moroccan roasted chicken prepared in the thermomix TM6

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (about 2,5 lbs)
2 small onions or 1 big one
2 garlic cloves
1 small bunch of Italian parsley and cilantro
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of ginger powder
50 grams of olive oil
A pinch of saffron
1/2 of a preserved lemon (for decoration only)
