maybe it's just me overthinking things, but this alt vocal sounds weirdly lonely in comparison to some of the other alt vocals that are solos (the only other one that has a similar feeling to it that ive listened to is once upon a dream) it's probably mainly because how much this song sorta relies on it having multiple singers (for harmonies as well as the kind of call and response type parts) it also makes sense in the context of rui's character.
No no tbh I have a similar feeling, i dislike certain alts like basically kohane's beat eater and most of minori's alt cause they make me feel like something is missing, that someone being the rest of the fucking group, but in this case tbh I think rui manages fine imo
