@Anny's World yep, it's a really normal thing (and probably a thing all children who earned money will do), my mum and her sisters still give money to my grandma every month. i think it's also a sign of respect for their parents. filial piety.

Dave, the boy is very humble. He was a ranked professional fencer from Hongkong at 17 yrs old and definitely not any neighborhood kid playing games at home :). His visit to the States is for his solo activity and not for his kpop group.

Exactly , he is a natural also Dave might not be aware but since Jackson is doing this solo stuff under his own label he isn't legally allowed to use GOT7's name without some kind of pre agreement so yeah it's a bit tricky
So to sum up this interview...

Its funny when people are like oh my god where did kpop come from. The first I heard about kpop I went to a Jonas Brothers concert and the Wonder Girls was one of their opening acts.
My friend was obsessed with super junior, she always talked about them. That was 10 years ago... good times haha I didn't really get into kpop back then tho, until two years ago with got7 ^^
