Students Advocating Fentanyl Education is a national organization founded by two motivated high school students, Stella McLaney and Gabrielle Lieberman, to increase awareness of the dangers of illicitly manufactured fentanyl.

    Naloxone, the active ingredient in 4mg Narcan and higher dose 8mg Kloxxado, along with many generic versions, can reverse an opioid overdose if administered quickly enough. Some areas have Naloxone available for free. Google it.

    What a fabulous group of young people, beautiful & pretty girls and handsome boys who aren’t afraid to not only speak out against the horror of drug use (including marijuana) but are not afraid to stand up for their own values! Thank you, guys! You rock…

    Thank you to all of the teenagers/students are making their peers aware of Fentanyl and other drugs. You are applauded. The amount of teenagers that take one pill and pass away is devastating. Making People Aware is so important. Thank you.

    Wow!!! So grateful for these INCREDIBLE YOUNG CHANGE MAKERS!!! We need more of you EVERYWHERE! Miami is blessed. Orlando needs serious help. How can I replicate this in the Orlando area!? We are losing kids at levels that you cannot wrap your head around. My son was poisoned by this horrific poison and we nearly lost him. But while he laid in the PICU on life support there were FIVE others brought in and our son was the ONLY one to survive! That was just in 3 days at one hospital. This HAS TO STOP! And I’m happy to help in any way I can! So proud of you all!!!

    So proud of those beautiful young kids being adults. Kids will listen to their own age, versus an adult!
    GOD BLESS YOU ❤❤❤❤

    I think we're at a point where the only realistic way to win the battle against the fentanyl crisis is by lessening the demand through education and raising awareness, because the war on drugs & tough on crime policies of the 80s and 90s were ineffective to say the least. Another sometimes overlooked way to reduce demand is opening more easy access and affordable rehab facilities, because addiction is a condition that often requires persistent professional help in a welcoming environment to overcome..

    I wish they had this in Palm Beach county schools. It's one of the largest (if not the largest) in the state of FL. I would totally apply for these wonderful students to come to our school (2300 students this year at SRHS). I am so scared for this kids. I did not see the PowerPoint they were referring to or a link where to get it so maybe we can start the ball rolling here. Thank you for everything to everyone involved trying to get the word out

    What are the numbers of lives being saved with narcain?

    • @TexasPictures
      @TexasPictures  5 месяцев назад

      Mini. The company that makes Narcan sold over $28 million worth last year. The actual number is not known. Reversals using naloxone, the drug in Narcan, are not always reported.

    These kids are very smart. They are gonna go far in life. I havent seen kids like these in many many years where i live. All kids where i live are , well addicted literally at birth and breaking into houses and getting high by the age of 12. Not even kidding. This town i live in is awful. Im so glad i have no children.

    Anyone reading this you are LOVED! Jesus loves you.Jesus died on the cross for our sins,He was buried and rose again on the third day.May today be the day you believe (i.e trust in Jesus Christ alone,His death, burial and resurrection for your justification) and you are saved. May the Lord bless you all. John 3:16

    soo many deaths... it's astounding that there are so few, if any, public safety broadcasts on tv., so parents can be informed..
    Another lad Micah Allen Calton (Alex Riley) medical report also states this killed Micah, but just because he was part of the LGBTQI adult film industry means he has been forgotten. Micah was from Texas, a dancer, a footballer and in college, died May 9th 2021.
    No-one seems to care

    When I was alot younger a group of us younger people would talk to our peers a bit younger about the dangers of alcohol. I just read the story of Amy Winehouse and saw she passed away from alcohol poisoning

    It's sad to me that these kids even need to be educated about fentanyl. I am so proud they are doing it, though.
