from what i know radiant is better against chang'e since its continous dmg. other content creator that tests these in practice mode also use radiant. can you confrim if her ult is burst dmg? just want to make sure what you said is true from what i know
Test results of Chang'e (with Glaive) vs Radiant/Athena Chang'e Build: Lvl 60 Magic Emblem, Talents: Inspire, Bargain Hunter, Impure Rage Magic Boots, Ice Queen Wand, Enchanted Talisman, Holy Crystal, Blood Wings, Divine Glaive Test Subject: Lvl 15 Damage Bot (Radiant Armor 20 Magic DEF/Stack) Damage Bot Base Magic DEF: 46 (I bought 2x Silence Robe to get this) The test is done from a full Chang'e Ult with S2 buff. Total Damage vs Athena's Shield: 8,453 Total Damage vs Radiant Armor: 9,385 So the test results show that you will take ~11% less DMG from a full (buffed) Chang'e Ult if you use Athena's Shield instead of Radiant Armor. This is of course a highly controlled environment. You might want to know if adding other Magic DEF items will increase Radiant Armor effectiveness, but it's in fact, the opposite effect. I added Tough Boots to the Damage Bot and these are the results: Total Damage vs Tough Boots + Athena's Shield: 8,081 Total Damage vs Tough Boots + Radiant Armor: 9,099 The difference becomes larger, where Athena's beat Radiant by ~12%. The reasoning here is simple, Radiant Armor's nerf was not just that it changed from a direct reduction of Magic DMG to Magic DEF increase, they also added a 0.6sec ICD to the stacking effect, which means it takes a whole 3.6 seconds for Radiant to reach full stacks. This means for Chang'e Ult which lasts 4 secs, you're not even benefiting from Radiant's full stacks for 90% of the Ult. While Athena's effect lasts 3s, which is only 75% of the Ult effect, however, it is already at "full stacks" (Athena's has no stack mechanic, so by default it's full) for the whole duration of 3s. Meanwhile, Radiant is still slowly building up it's stacks while eating a face full of meteors. However, as mentioned earlier, this is in a controlled environment where Chang'e doesn't Basic Attack or Skill 1 etc, going in and out of fights which of course will skew results. That said though, I still favour Athena's Shield right now over Radiant purely based on the fact that I consider Chang'e a burst mage instead of Damage-Over-Time (DOT). IMO, the only mages that I would consider DOT right now are predominantly Yve, Valir, Kimmy, and Esmeralda (if you want to consider her a mage). I hope this settles the debate. 😇
Sure, if she can afford to wait 3 secs in a hectic teamfight before doing anything else to me, I don't mind. At least that means I don't take any Magic DMG for that whole 3 secs, which is even better 😂
this true damage is what makes him OP. players just think he has an insane spellvamp and since other people dont know about the true damage mechanic you can pretty much abuse it in rank and counter tanks
It's risky picking Xborg Jungle due to his weak early against tank Jungle, as seen in the video you got dominated a lot in early to mid (very nice comeback tho in late game). It's best to pick exp Xborg to counter tank Junglers, his zoning capabilities in turtle/lord is scary for tank junglers. A more suitable jungler to counter for tanky Jungle would be Alpha (with a semi-tank build) or Dyrroth. Alpha can punish tanks junglers for diving and his ult CC duration can't be reduced since it's airborne (high lvl CC), while Dyrroth with his 50-75% defence reduction S2 with a finisher ult. Great video btw! This should be the mentality of players, never give up because there's still a chance to win!
There is always chance to win but if you see that your team does same mistakes entire game then you can know that is impossible to win, even if there is a chance. By my calculations it is like that: 80% of population is lower then bright in mind or still don't know how to use it, so if you have 50% wr that is huge compared to random people you have to play with. It is really hard when people play certain role but don't know how to execute that role, have bad rotation and in early game don't gank with jungler and just going opposite side of the map... Good comment dude btw 👍 😊
Yeah, xborg is kinda weak early especially without sufficient help. You kinda have to persevere and make sure to farm up to a point you can tank the incoming dmg and trudge on in these kinda circumstances before you can dominate the Mid late game 😎
dude, liquid echo Karltzy used this in mpl ph playoffs against apbren and it worked. apbren immediately used xb jg right away next game against karltzy lol
Ice Cream Wand indeed I think loosing inhibitors early is what makes the game too hard, Terizla could've joined more fight if some of the inhibitors still there It seems Xborg is one of few tank jungler that is good for lategame, although it can be easily countered by burst heroes with low cooldown, since they can break his armor very fast, like Julian
I don't know why people think he is op bcoz he is relatively weak in this meta, his Armor is easily brokable, if it breaks or if you ult prematurely you will know how weak x borg is.
Gg bro but chang'e doesn't burst lol, especially since your tanky. So Radient is better bc defence increase as you take more dmg, Athena is fixed magic defence.
Dude make your game/information update!!!!!!!! Radiant Armor got nerf and Change got buff so Change is bursting hero now and Radiant is actually usless. Even against Esmeralda Athena is way better. Keep your knowledge to game updates. On average every 2 months they change something that major impacts some items and heroes 😊 😉
@@jakubkowalczyk9581 Lol are you dumb? Athena give +48 magic defence + shield. While Radiant give +40 magic defence, but taking continuous dmg increases defence by 6-20 (scaleswithlvl) that stacks 6 times. So you magic defence could increase upto +100 magic defence at higher lvl. Do the math if u have brain lil guy 💀
@@jakubkowalczyk9581 No you should lol, Athena give +48 magic def with shield. Radiant give +40 magic def but it increases by 6-20 upon taking continuous dmg that stacks upto 6 times. So if you have a brain do the math 💀💀 it could go upto +100-120 at max stack if dmg taken continuously
@uchihaaxel5214 Athena: gives 25% magic damage reduction. Damage reduction is always greater then bigger defence that can be easly penetrate by Glave, Glowing Wand and Scythe (in case of magic junglers). That is just pure mathematics. And on top of that every 5 sec you can pull out of teamfight and come back with Athenas passive. Of course when enemy have more magic damage then Athena and Radiant must be together but not always. Dude do the advanced math then come back and talk. 😉
@uchihaaxel5214 btw I not only have the brain but also an experience of 6 years of that game. If a little bit of advanced math is hard to comprehend, then go to training mode and try out and see. Experience is really game-changing thing. So good luck in being better at MLBB 😉😘

@@RubyRubyRubyGameplayif change had poked you and waited for the athena passive to run out, it would deal more damage.

Thanks for uploading this gameplay and I don't find it boring to watch a losing game because by watching it I will understand how to make comeback ❤❤
Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed it 💛

Full Physical is busted against tanky junglers 😅
Most players will ignore the true dmg S1 since they don't see it as a threat. But once they feel the full force of it they will instantly regret 🤣
@@RubyRubyRubyGameplay thats because they only encounter players who dont know how to use the hero lmao

As a ruby main and terizla/esme enthusiast, I fucking hate that shit lmfao
🤣 He's damn annoying for sure
8:45 they all be coming like some turn base Pokémon game 😭🙏🏿
As am xb main this makes me proud. But sometimes it's best not to use his second skill when ur low on hp since it pulls the enemy close to u.
Yeah, 2nd skill does accidentally "kill" you sometimes 😂
the true damage indeed makes him a great counter against tanky enemies. great video as always
💛💛
Finally someone realises x borg is a great pick
Insane brooo seems like you're 1v5 at late game , one day rank together ? :)
Amazing game. Very educational. Please upload more games when you are behind.

Bro whats your highest rank??
Mythical Glory so far 😅
I like ruby rubyruby, he is an iq player like me. I dont have fast hands but i can outplay ez these kind of players.
try tank emblem it better for sheild early and more tanky late and hard to destory his sheild
Tank can work but he's better with fighter from the sustain and attack
Yup, went for fighter for the spell vamp 😊

Why you keep getting Indonesian players in your match, is it because of the high ranks or something?
