I love the sound quality in this performance. Either the backing vocals and music aren't as loud as they are on Korean shows or their mics are slightly louder. I don't why it sounds different; I just love it.
Kelly show doesn't allow a lot of back track and that's why you hear Ateez singing more of the adlib parts that they normally let the backtrack cover. Korean shows play loud tracks and do not balance the members. They will have certain members booming much louder than others which they seem to think enhances the stage. I actually prefer the way engineers in the West balance sound.
The sound quality here (from Kelly’s sound tech guys doing their job well and keeping that backing track right down) just further highlights that these guys are vocal KINGS. 😊

Coming here after the Work performance at MMA, and somehow I didn't see this version when it came out but, wow it was mesmerizing! The outfits are so good and the whole performance is just so nice, good camera work and nice sound quality and all! They all stood out in their own way, but Seongwha dressed like that ? Wow! Also love Hongjoong's glasses and Yeosang center moments!
