Only by DA. But it is actually the authorised Signatory of bsnk account, who has to get the DSC. then DSC is Enrollment by DA Approved, Configured and managed by Admin Signed by DA

First, the Net Banking should be enabled from the bank as well as the bank should support Internet Banking Mode on PFMS. You will receive an Internet Banking Login Details. Then active the Internet Banking mode of payment by menting the user Customer ID provided by the bank. All payments created on PFMS will be available for final authorisation and payment initiation in the INTERNET BANKING page.

Actually the ZBSA is not opened in the name of any person. Govt accounts are always opened to a specific designation like Accounts Officer, Director, Commissioner Secretary, Principal, ZEO, Head master, BDO etc. Then the person holding that position is made the signatory and the DSC is made in the name of person or officer. But the officer should be first made signatory of that account in the bank.
After sucessfull DSC reenrollment the PFMS system shows an error " Error If you think that you should have access to this page or be able to perform the action, please contact us. Sorry for any inconvenience caused" Please help
U haven't done the Enroll Account DSC step from DA after it was configured by the Admin. In AgencyDA Goto Bank-Enroll Account DSC Click on.. Sign Enrollment File
No Sir.. It should be available once the net Payable amount is paid Successfully to the vendor. However if you are using SNA/CNA module, then you should check Transfer to Holding Account option.
U may deactivate the initially enrolled DSC and then enroll the new one again.. Or u may create the new approver ID and enroll the new DSC in that login and configure it for DSC payments

DSC PPA is available for viewing purpose only. It can be viewed in E-payment - - Digitally Sign Payment File.. The select the option *DIGITALLY SIGNED PAYMENT FILE* There u can click on any already signed Advice number to the PPA. But this PPA is not meant to be submitted to the bank. And after DSC, it usually takes sometime for the amount to Debit and then Credit time depends on the mode of DBT payment- Aadhar based and Account based.

The scheme needs to be enabled for DSC Enrollment from PFMS HQ Delhi. Draft an email with the scheme details, name and linked code. Send it ti the PFMS SD of ur state. They will forward it to Delhi Team.

Either check if DSC is downloaded in that token if u have recently acquired it becoz new tokens are blank and u need to download a copy of DSC certificate in it. Or Change the port.(in rare cases) Or Unistall JAVA completely and then reinstall 32bit V241 and make the PFMS website as trusted website. Or Try on any other PC or Laptop.
Your available balance on PFMS is either unspent and received balance on PFMS in Old Module or it is the Allocation/Drawing Limit set by ur parent level in SNA/CNA module. Not for the Created ones.. But once any payment is approved by the Approver via PPA, it is valid only for next 10 days.
Anyone having issue with Java during enrolment, it may be a case of Java update. Update 411 will cause issue. Go for lower version like 251 instead.

Would I like to download Java 32bit for My 64 bit OS...Or hv to change according to it's version...
Use JAVA Uninstall tool to remove other versions from ur PC. Then download 32bit version and set the PFMS as trusted website like in the video.

No.. Java works with Internet Explorer mode only. Which is functional in Microsoft Edge browser, where you can turn ON the IE mode for PFMS Website.

The scheme needs to be enabled for DSC Enrollment from PFMS HQ Delhi.
Draft an email with the scheme details, name and linked code. Send it ti the PFMS SD of ur state. They will forward it to Delhi Team.

Contact the department to re-initiate the payment. Jahan se aap ko scholarship pay hoti hai.. Uss department ka DSC issue hai PFMS pe. Woh khud resolve kar ke ye sab re-initiate kar lin ge. Aap phir be unko inform kijiye.

Sir digital sign approve file there is not showing the file
Check from DA, in *Enrolled DSC* sometimes it doesn't require approval from ADMN.
If it shows in Enrolled DSC, then proceed to configure the signatory from Admin and then sign Enrollment file from DA
Sir enroll krte time scheme show nhi ho rhi h. Scheme already mapped h still showing same error
I think the scheme hasnt been enabled for the DSC mode of payment by PFMS HQ Delhi.

I made a bill payment from DSC but the status is showing error Acknowledgment received from bank please suggest solution
Check whether the DSC is of the same person, who has been made the authorised Signatory of bank account in the bank.
@@PFMSOperationsYes, But there is also a Joint Signature Authority in the bank account, it does not have DSC, so only one is signed from DSC.
Whereas earlier PPA were signed by two officers and both of them are registered in the bank.
@@gauravgupta1251 In joint cases, each Signatory has to be created as separate approvers and both of their DSC needs to be registered in their own IDs.
Then Admin has to configure the level of each.
And for each DSC payment, both have to sequentially sign the file.

Ya aap ne token main DSC certificate download nhi ki hai.
Agar aap ne naya DSC procure kiya hai tou token blank hota hai. Aap ko apna certificate pehle uss main download karna hai. Uss ke baad he woh use kar sakte hain.
Download link email main aaya hoga aap ko.

@@horticulturebaramulla6809 this usually is caused due to incompatible JAVA version.
Sir dsc errors aa raha h..its showing please insert the usb token.. even already usb token lagi huwi hai
Either check if DSC is downloaded in that token if u have recently acquired it becoz new tokens are blank and u need to download a copy of DSC certificate in it.
Or Change the port.(in rare cases)
Or Unistall JAVA completely and then reinstall 32bit V241 and make the PFMS website as trusted website.
Or Try on any other PC or Laptop.

My bank a/c linked with pfms have more balance while portal shows a low balance why
Your available balance on PFMS is either unspent and received balance on PFMS in Old Module
or it is the Allocation/Drawing Limit set by ur parent level in SNA/CNA module.
Accordingly u can update it or have it updated.

It should.. However, there is a new utility developed by PFMS for the operation of DSC. It has been recently launched to bypass the JAVA.
