Good Day, I am installing a lower version of this scanner, though they have the same setup, my problem is the IP Address does not show when I try to install the scanner. I was able to connect the network printer, so I can print with no problem, but I am having a hard time setting up the scanner. what would be the possible proble?
First of all, see the video again carefully. I have assigned IP static. for this you can connect your machine with DHCP, when your machine gets DHCP lease IP then the will be fixed for static. Just untick the DHCP option after that you will ping your IP.

Check your Machine's IP address. that should be Static IP
