To be fair it's not power 11 itself that's pay2win, but it's the fact that they increased the level stat boost from + 5% to +10%. Imo they should bring the 5% back, but maybe lower the price of level upgrading?
With a brawl pass plus you can only get a power level 11 brawler with every ability except the hypercharge, and while that isn't very bad if the brawler you're upgrading doesn't have a hypercharge it's not worth it if the brawler does have a hypercharge so I won't necessarily call it pay 2 win. And yes the price of upgrading a power level 10 to level 11 is just too much
Leveling up a Brawler to Power Level 11 is such a critical and integral factor of the game for me. At least for the most part. The stat boosts one may gain when upgrading can change the outcomes of many scenarios. For example, pitting a P10 Mandy versus a P11 Crow could make her super ultimately fall short; dealing 4,750 damage while P11 Crow has a healthpool of 4,800. If Mandy was a P11, she could wipeout Crow with the use of her Super. (Hypothetically speaking if Crow does not have Shield Gear) There are an abundance of different character interactions that truly decide whether your team will win the game or not, sometimes depending on your power level.

it would be so much better if you could buy gadgets star powers gears and maybe even hyper with power points bcz lets be real ogs have over 30k or more
to be honest it depends on the brawler that needs to be upgraded some brawlers become too op when they are maxed out for example from power 10 to 11 mortis gets additional 100 damage which makes a great difference i can tell it from experience that i died many times while my opponents left with less than 100 hp . sometimes this 11lvl makes sense sometimes not so gotta use it wisely
Power 11 is great but it’s so expensive ,they should make it so u upgrade the brawler with power points and buy gears ,gadgets ,hypercharges and star powers with coins (imo)
my logic is to upgrade brawlers I have hypercharges on to level 11 and leave rest at 9 with their starpower and gadget because power 9 is enough to push the brawler or play the brawler in ranked
I’d say get them to power 10 with/without gears so higher ranked players won’t judge you for picking a power 9 brawler (no seriously, it happens so much that it scares players into not picking power 9s even if they know it’s a great pick for the map), but this is if u play competitively enough to get to mythic or higher, I don’t think they care too much in diamond

When your enemies keeps surviving with 50hp that when you’ll know that power 11 is worth it 😂
