Actually, there were others points in the game when the wizards were close. During those times the warriors best guys were playing.
The Warriors only hit 7 three pointers...All the starters and Iggy each made 1 with the exception of Curry who made 2.
Curry's disappearance in game 3 last year might have been a big factor, and durant rose to the occasion really well.

Marcus is playing good but I still think Warriors’s system fits Looney better. Looney finds himself in the right spots on the floor all the time, whereas Cousin is always in the wrong spots. Hopefully they review these videos and learn from them.

Take a chill pill mate, the guy literally only played 3 games. He is still yet to learn tendency and all schemes. By the way I already see he stretches the floor even more for warriors and defensively look more solid than looney.
By the end of regular season and playoffs he will make a huge difference as a legit low post option if jump shots isn't falling. Plus once he is 90% in terms game shape it means Kerr can sit the big 3 to rest them more. He pick and pop with Curry, Klay and KD will cause nightmares.

This is when it gets real scary for the rest of the league. Boogie Cousins gives the Warriors a legit post and outside threat...something they never had. Also, he gives them an "edge" as well. Good luck to the rest of the league from here on out. Only thing can stop the Warriors are injuries.

Hard fought game. Wall is out: Beal is balling, Ariza and Green are playing great, Porter is producing with the 2nd team, Bryant has a jumpshot, Sato grew a spine and Mahinmi is nowhere to be seen. Everybody is eating: it's f*cking amazing. Yeah, it's the Warriors, but DC fought hard out there. Points in the paint was the main problem, (ate it up like BBQ chicken) but we kept it close with defense, ball movement and points off of turnovers. Beal's 5th foul in the 4th was bullsh*t, destroyed momentum, then Golden State took it from there. Regardless, grats to the Warriors and thanks to DC for fighting. Seriously, the Wizards looked good out there. Maybe with a trade or 2 before the deadline, Morris and Howard coming back and contributing, and Indiana losing Oladipo for the year, we can creep up in the playoff picture. (and I'm not talking 7th or 8th spot either, I'm talking "Surprise muthaf*cka!") #mahinmisucks #everybodyeats
