And LeBron is just not on par, Magic Kobe Duncan:5, Jordan and Kareem:6, and of course Russell's 11. Plus, why isn't he just humble about his game and have to bring it up, no one talks about being the GOAT but LeBron. I think what makes this annoying is that LeBron IS treated with respect. He's a topic of sports conversation just about everyday. However, Michael Jordan is almost as relevant today as he was 20 years ago when he still played, and that is a display of true greatness. The truth is that LeBron has always shown with his actions that he wants the attention, conversation and respect -- which he gets -- but its not enough for him and his fans. There are a lot of differences between the two, but whats interesting is how LeBron does what he can to stay in the spotlight, while Jordan has been basically hiding in plain sight for 20 years and still gets his flowers regularly. Its all subjective, there is no GOAT trophy. Its just people's opinions. But LeBron takes it too seriously (and it hurts how he will be remembered), while Jordan has largely deferred credit his whole life and it has made him greater. LBJ loses GOAT points with a lot of people everytime he does things like this. And since people's opinions create the GOAT narrative, he just keeps hurting his own legacy. Basically, hes created a situation where the basketball won't matter that much.

    👀 Truth: LeBron James has shown again and again…LeBron James has proven over and over that MICHAEL JORDAN is the greatest basketball player of all-time. And LeBron is great, but after being swept in 3 different decades- 2007 by the Spurs, 2018 by the Warriors, and 2023 by the Nuggets, MISSING A DUNK in the open court by clumsily letting the basketball slip out of his hands on some Shaqtin’-A-Fool type ish and missing this dunk, not in Pre-Season or the Regular Season, or the Play-In or the 1st Round of the Playoffs, not in the 2nd Round of the NBA Playoffs, but LeBron James missed this dunk in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, 2 less world championships, 1 less Michael Jordan MVP Award, 2 less Finals MVPs, 9 less scoring titles, and LeBron wins 1 championship every 5 years compared to the guy in Chicago who won 2 championships every 5 years…I am saying that Michael Jordan is 2x better than LeBron James..if you disagree, then at least you cannot continue to pretend that LeBron James is better than Michael Jordan and you cannot continue the fantasy that LeBron James has had a better career than Michael Jordan. LeBron had the higher quantity career and Michael Jordan had the much higher quality career.

      You ppl problem is that you conveniently leave out context and just acknowledge surface level half assed takes without any context once it favors who you want to be the goat. we are all smart enough to know that the cavs in 07 were not even close to being s talented as the spurs. Jordan got swept numerous times in the 1st round when he was in a similar situation having a lesser talented team than the opponents. Props to him for losing in the 1st so that it doesnt blemish his perfect finals record. 2018 again, we all know his team was clearly outmatched by the most talented team ever in which jordan have never faced a team close to that team in his entire career. in the 90s u literally had one man capable of averaging 30 on a regular basis which was jordan himself so idk why u mention the scoring title difference. There are clearly much more and better wing players in the 2000s and beyond than there ever was in the 90s.

    • @dominicharris5489
      @dominicharris5489 Год назад

      Also everyone leaves out the obvious context of competition level. The only position that isnt far better today than the 90s is bigmen. there are far better and a larger number of pgs, sgs, sfs and pfs now than the 90s. There are a larger number of good to great teams than there ever was in the 90s. Lebron has done what he did in a farrrr better era in terms of compo than Jordan did. He was always favored in almost every playoff series he ever played in and have not faced teams even close to the 07 or 14 spurs, nor any version of the warriors. in 2015 his 2 next best teammates were out for the series, if jordan did not have pipp and rodman for a series and lost you would easily be quick to call out those things. If jordan faced a near unbeatable team with an average team and got swept you would also be quick to note these things. If jordan took one of those teams in the 80s all the way to the finals and lost to magic lakers yall would be real quick to say that he did not have a comparable team as well.

      MJ got swept 2 of his first 3 playoff appearances and at age 38 in season 14 was completely irrelevant and not in the playoffs 😂

LeBum is actively and desperately hunting another ring or 2. Compare the body language. Dude was just happy to be playing. If he was like LeFlop, he would have signed to a contending team.

    Chris, why not? Y don't you think LeChoke was trying to control the narrative?😮 that is 100% what he was doing. It does effect his legacy being swept. He said himself that he's chasing MJ's GOATNESS. 🤣🤣🤣

      Yeah I don’t like him, but unfortunately there’s no justification for anything lower than 3rd All-Time. 4 titles with 4 FMVP’s/4 league MVP’s, All-Time scoring leader, Top 5 in assists, 1st in Total Win Shares, 7th in WS/48 mins, #1 in VORP, #3 in PER, & 3rd All-Time in most times leading the league in Advanced Analytics. Aside from Kareem & maybe Wilt there’s no one else that’s accomplished as much based on FACTS.
