She slayed all her death-matches. Sadly, the competition was a display of skill, flow, entertainment, lyrics, diss and charisma. Though, Grace have sense of rhythm, lit-hooks, fun dynamics and charisma. I think she needs time to work on her flow, Korean lyrics, pronunciation (not every Korean has good pronunciation but sometimes, her stress syllables sounded thin to me.) and versatility on any beats.
It was so obvious from the get go who was going to win the deathmatch. Janey made the mistake of allowing Grace to choose the instrumental for this. She's seems pretty oblivious to the fact that the instrumental is so suited to Grace's style. She just doesn't have the right fighting attitude or temperament for this show at all. I mean not to be harsh or anything, but how many times has she come to tears in this show? Quite a few from my memory. Grace on the other hand while always ending up in these tricky elimination sessions, always seems to work well under pressure and is able to hit her marks, bringing out the punches when needed. She has no pretence and is upfront. I mean you might not like her style or rapping, but she has the correct attitude for this show at least. She knew that she had it in the bag when she chose the Slim Shady track. Janey was practically a side dish for the performance. She kind of just dug her own grave here. I wouldn't be surprised if she willingly chose this moment to be eliminated from the show cause of the pressure.

I think when you technically speak about rapping, yes Grace has some issues but she is a GREAT and ORIGINAL performer. She reminds me of Jessi but with more than one mode. Also different from Truedy bc basically Truedy was like a bad imitation artist. I def don't think Grace will win this, but she is definitely not the least enjoyable person here for sure.

Honestly, season 3 is way more entertaining than season 1/2. Grace is such a wild card cause she's the best performer there and her rapping is unique. Jidam is has improved a lot, Miryo is excellent, and Nada, Soyeon and Euna Kim are all getting great recognition from this show! Loving the format this season. Season 2 was too focused on Truedy and the rapping wasn't that impressive.

She slayed all her death-matches. Sadly, the competition was a display of skill, flow, entertainment, lyrics, diss and charisma. Though, Grace have sense of rhythm, lit-hooks, fun dynamics and charisma. I think she needs time to work on her flow, Korean lyrics, pronunciation (not every Korean has good pronunciation but sometimes, her stress syllables sounded thin to me.) and versatility on any beats.

It was so obvious from the get go who was going to win the deathmatch. Janey made the mistake of allowing Grace to choose the instrumental for this. She's seems pretty oblivious to the fact that the instrumental is so suited to Grace's style. She just doesn't have the right fighting attitude or temperament for this show at all. I mean not to be harsh or anything, but how many times has she come to tears in this show? Quite a few from my memory. Grace on the other hand while always ending up in these tricky elimination sessions, always seems to work well under pressure and is able to hit her marks, bringing out the punches when needed. She has no pretence and is upfront. I mean you might not like her style or rapping, but she has the correct attitude for this show at least. She knew that she had it in the bag when she chose the Slim Shady track. Janey was practically a side dish for the performance. She kind of just dug her own grave here. I wouldn't be surprised if she willingly chose this moment to be eliminated from the show cause of the pressure.

I think when you technically speak about rapping, yes Grace has some issues but she is a GREAT and ORIGINAL performer. She reminds me of Jessi but with more than one mode. Also different from Truedy bc basically Truedy was like a bad imitation artist. I def don't think Grace will win this, but she is definitely not the least enjoyable person here for sure.

Honestly, season 3 is way more entertaining than season 1/2. Grace is such a wild card cause she's the best performer there and her rapping is unique. Jidam is has improved a lot, Miryo is excellent, and Nada, Soyeon and Euna Kim are all getting great recognition from this show! Loving the format this season. Season 2 was too focused on Truedy and the rapping wasn't that impressive.
