That manual plastic sure gave you a hard time lol. I didn't realize the Moog one took so long to boot up. Enjoy it to the max. That thing is legend in the making
@@masonjahncke7844 It’s basically Moog packing tape with no tear tab. I’ve read that booting took like twice as long in earlier firmware versions. This one shipped with v1.5 (built Feb 2024). I didn’t buy it as an investment piece, but it almost certainly will become highly sought after. My current plan is to never sell it. I got rid of all of my gear to purchase it (except for three effects units) and it will be my only instrument for the foreseeable future. I’ve owned a ’74 model d Minimoog and an original Jupiter 8, and I love this thing more than both of those. In fact it’s a bargain compared to owning those classics. It does the searing Minimoog lead sound effortlessly, and with 16 note polyphony. I couldn’t be happier with it. Cheers!
