You know what's really cool about the lore here? It make sense in the "load outs" of the enemies. Silver Knights are clad in shining armor, which realistically would reflect the light of anor londo in the eyes of their opponent (notice the coverage of their helmet would tunnel their vision (SYMBOLISM) and protect their vision from stray sunlight), they carry weapons effective in Sens Fortress and Anor Londo, that spear/shield combo on all the narrow choke points in both areas is a nightmare and the sword offers wide swings that cover for the spears poke focused moveset. The reason why you don't see silver knight great weapons (beyond the bow we know they used to shoot down dragons) is because the silver nights are supported by giants, and so carrying huge fuck all weapons was pretty redundant. Contrast to the black knights, who were the silver knights going off to war with demons... The SMALLEST weapon they employ standard issue is a great swords with blades thicker than their arms. They carry them B I G B O I fuck all weapons, because they had to fight tons of big fuck all demons. Never let it be said that Gwyn's armies didn't outfit themselves for the jobs they needed to do.

Hey Saint! I'm back in another Souls game hunting for data. Today its Weapon Level data! As a preface, everything Goof says about the ranges of the WL matchmaking is, of course, true. I am more interested in using CE pointers to find exactly what triggers a rise in WL, and I am a bit surprised by what I found. First off, stuff everyone already knows: * +0 weapons upgraded with Demon Titanite, Twinkling Titanite or Dragon Scales always count as +5 for WL, and every upgrade inscreases it by 2 * +0 weapons with upgrade paths that branch off at normal WL +5 (Fire/Divine/Magic/Raw) also count as +5 when picked up by a fresh +0 save * +0 weapons with upgrade paths that branch off at normal WL +10 or equivalent (Chaos/Lightning/Enchanted/Crystal/Occult) also count as +10 when picked up by a fresh +0 save * Shield upgrades count towards WL Stuff I found out through my own research using the CE WL pointers: * Dark Hand counts as WL +5, desite the fact you can buy it off Kaathe * Raw +5 counts as WL+10, the only upgrade path never to reach WL +15 * All of Domnhall's unique, unupgradeable crystal items for sale (Straight sword, Greatsword and Shield; the ones with unique portraits and stat requirements) count as +0 when picked up by a fresh save (This is HUGE since either weapon is easily 2-3x the AR of even ultra weapons at +0 WL) * Boss weapons behave exactly like other unique weapons when picked up by a fresh +0 save (they start at +5 and go up by 2 every upgrade), despite the fact many are transposed from +10 normal weapons * Shields that are upgrade using non-regular titanite (i.e. Havel's Shield) count as WL +0 and each upgrade increase WL by 3 (Be very careful when upgrading these, it is very easy to accidentally crew over a save!) I had the same idea for a build, only I wanted to focused mainly on invading in Anor Londo at SL 60 and made it to where I use the great bow instead of a regular bow. Great video as always Saint!
I remember back in the PS3 version of the game I had an invader I used for invading the Parish. I think they were level 14 I wanna say, and they rocked the gargoyle helm, shield, and halberd along with a cheeky pyro flame with fire whip and the hollow soldier set. Called them the gargoyle knight. With the new weapon matchmaking system, who this build still work?

Awesome video Saint. You've given me quite a bit to think about. Good tip on the bow. I always use one in PVE but never for PVP but your channel is what made me better. My next run will probably be for Sens Fortess invasions. I've had little time to play so I don't have even one invader finished yet unfortunatly. Can't wait to invade though, my only PVP experience is being invaded in DS1, I never invaded myself so it will be fun to have the chance now.
I was under the impression that the Silver Knight statues in Sen's Fortress was just another trap in a house of traps. When you use the chameleon sorcery, you transform into one of those statues. So now, that one background object has turned into another trap for invaders to use against the host.
Im working on a Havel Cosplay build. Just for lols really, also I figure if there are a million Giant Dad builds running around might be funny to see them get pancaked by the dragon's tooth.
Dragon's Tooth is actually pretty strong in DS1. Its 1H moveset is literally faster in DS1 than it is in DS3 (lol WHY) and it does a ton of damage AND has pancake attacks. Also, it's not a standard Titanite upgrade weapon... meaning it does GREAT damage at lower levels.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the silver knight sword is the only weapon that is upgraded with twinkling that can be buffed. Gold pine resin can be bought off of boss armour dude under the aquaduct in firelink. Oh and don't forget your poison arrows :P

One little thing to note is that poise backstabs aren't a great idea against curved swords like the falchion or gold tracer since they have those wide arcs and if you're damaged by anything as you attempt to backstab it'll result in a cancel and you end up eating an r1 or 2, great vid btw
Poison actually sounds especially useful in low level remaster, since it's dmg is not affected by armor and you can just stall using stuff like Force to stun anyone out of Estus, even with their back to the wall. Also, if you like bows, try a 40/40 Dragonbro with Composite +15/Large Arrows, Chaos Composite/Fire Arrows for turtles and Gough's Greatbow, then either a Melee or a Lightning Avelyn if you really wanna commit. (Going in RTSR is fun from time to time) Enchanted Composite/Moonlight Arrows is also incredibly effective, as is the Dragon Form + MLGS, and a Chaos can be kept handy for different shield chipping.
Praise the Silver Knight Spear, mained that on my DSR playthrough and it was legit, if you can break poise it's an infinite r1 stunlock unless they toggle
saint_riot spears are actually LEGIT in DS1, using the Moonlight Butterfly Horn on an intelligence build, and while the damage isn't incredible, it's got good reach, weights little, has got R1/R2 mixups to throw people off and looks really pretty. I hear the demon spear is pretty good too, shame the dragonslayer spear is really heavy and has a very demanding stat requirements and needs a very specific build
Bocamino damage is a little lacking tho, I averaged like 200 damage at +5, 45 dex 27 str, 390 on Leo counters, it performs best in duels tbh, but it's still fun
I figured those were Silver Knight weapon arts. Those attacks shatter poise and deal extremely high damage. Like straight sword weapon art thrusts, but the straight sword was a lighting buffed ultra great sword, kinda. The spear was just hell: if you don't roll or break their poise, you go to the moon. Just my opinion. That and it makes sense dragon slayer weapons could access some amount of lighting, like how the Great Bow shot Lightning Great Arrows.
I'll probably use the weapons on a build, but I'm not sure about making an entire build for a black knight. Like I said, they always get the spotlight.
Haven't played DS1 in a long time, but I remember the composite bow being better suited to short range battle rather than long range sniping. The long bow was always my favorite. Made picking off the pyromancers in the Catacombs easy as pie.
Billy Deerhead *Necromancers They just happen to have fire spells, since fire is literally a force of life in DS. Calling them pyromancers would be like calling Orbeck a wizard. Orbeck is not a wizard, he's an assassin that knows magic. Big Hat Logan is a wizard.
Also if you run out onto the balcony from solaire's bonfire and invade there you will invade either where the 2 giants are out front or where the chaos demons are near the archers
A lot of people invade there, but most of them aren't exactly at Saint's level. I got invaded 4 times in Sens and all but one of the invaders just died to random environment kills before I even saw them.
Sen's isnt hard. Solo you can run it in under 8min if you arent hitting like a wet noodle, the whole thing is basically a test, similar to the 4 kings. Those snakes are beefy as fuck if you haven't upgraded your weapon or if your still relying on weaker spells. Its meant to force you to either go back and get stronger, or use your environment to your advantage. Note how nearly ever trap has a snake nearby it. Note how pretty much every snake can be lured to a place where a trap (arrows, pendulum, boulder) can severely damage, kill, or otherwise get them out if your hair. Map awareness is the lession Sen's tries to teach you. Its a shame that its the only place that endeavors to teach this to you, since immediately after it is anal prolapse and its twin archers who don't give a fucking shit how aware of then you are, they'll still fucking peg your itty bitty asshole with theyre huge dragon fucking arrows.
Punishing Brandon builds with reach is so good, but I've found something even better than a spear for them: Leo Halberd. They always, ALWAYS start swinging at the air so it's free counters without even having to trade, you can usually just r1 spam yourself, even if it means trading once.
Silver Knight SS was always my favorite weapon for spellsword builds just cause best base damage at reqs, buffable and quick swap to MLGS is pretty seamless since they both weigh the same. But it definitely should have been in DS3 with a temp Lightning buff weapon art
I like how shields in Ds1 feel like shields not like the new ones were a high five or a kick gets you one shot. I mean it's a wall between you and your opponent... It's supposed to defend you! Protect you! Not for looks or better parries.
mh that could be. I never buyed the resins so idk if theres a limit...maybe they could have used the ds3 design for the merchants. Elizabeth sells the golden resins too i think, maybe she has more than Domhall
There is something so cathartic about using the S.K. Sword, but I cant figure what it could be. Maybe because the heavy attacks make you feel like a BADASS
Getting remastered soon. Aside from my usual favorite meta character, this will be my first invasion build. Question, is it worth it to go to 44 to meet reqs for Dragonslayer GB, do you think? They're not as good as in 3 cause so slow but in case I invade someone trying to bypass the archers while human. Unlikely cause that kills a lot of ppl first time but I'm sure there will be other uses for it
Saint on xbox one sl125 at anor londo everytime i invade its either an instant disconnect from the host or a gank squad that spam dark bead with a rare exception once in a long while should i just invade in a different area or make a lower sl character to invade?
Kinzoku Zileus at 125 you need to spawn in every invasion with your antigank tool. Wrath of the Gods, poise master curved sword, or whatever works for you. Also consider vow of silence.
Is the remaster that dark or is it something on your end? Anor londo looks super dark. Also, i never got into ds1 pvp but man it feels like if ds3 was coca cola then this is diet coke. Can't really say cause i havent pvped much but it seems less adrenaline pumping than ds3.
I dont know if you actually wanted to mean it or not but you can farm gold pine resin from small mushroom dudes aswell, and since you can 1s them and they dont attack either

When I found out that we couldn't get Silver Knight Spear or Sword in DS3, I was so disappointed. I literally didn't play the game for 2-3 days after I found that out, and it was less than a week after release.
One thing I noticed about Silver Knight Sword is that it has little range with the R1's... I love it though but I personally prefer Balder Side Sword. Ridiculous range and extra phantom range plus that ridiculous R2... Way too much range and damage. It's just too versatile...

Unless you farm in blighttown I'm pretty sure the only large titanite before sens is by the channeler in the depths so I'd say they're likely at +6 at most
I’m SL51 with +11 weapons and I get non-stop invasions at sens. I harass with pharris bow at range, use falchion as my main weapon, and force for ledge shenanigans. So many indictments...
The only thing i ever wanted was a game with all armor,weapons,spells,rings etc from all souls game in just one I dont even need much ove content just a arena where we can have fun with all of those equipments
Seeing sen's fortress gave me an epiphany. Do you believe that all the games of the souls-borne series do share a time line? It seems sen's fortress has some very familiar structures to the pthumarian chalice dungeons. Could the ghosts or spirits of the silver knights that where ablaze during Gwyn's rekindling at the first flame could create some kind haven or a realm of there own fortress with many more challanges. Then could or maybe as time passed some great ones found this haven of the silver knights and then grant theses silver knights to become immortal with there haven reconstructed below the surface as they became the pthumarians? Quite of a odd theory out of place though. But it could explain why are there chalice dungeons in the first place.

JAX. Exe That doesn't make a lot of sense at all, even if we were to make that drastic, patently false leap in logic that the universe is shared. The only thing they have in common is being dark and full of traps, by that logic Bowser's Castle is also in the greater souls universe. Turns out he's the Old Iron King reincarnated, who knew. If you want to make connections like that, consider Seath's archives, namely the literal dungeon he puts you in. It is an area full of horrorific experiments and attempts to understand life, which culminated in a maddening truth that has corrupted everyone who has touched it insane.
You're right man, poison is amazing agains't turtles..But ofc, a good turtle , will probably know how to ring swap, get some distance and moss, or won't even care about the poison if they have more AR or are buffed or lagging even if a bit. And tbh most turtles just fish backstabs, so learning that strafe bs parry counter must be amazing vs those turtles, though it is very hard to perform agains't strafes, and even more so agains't pivots. But a thing is certain, a good player will try to farm those BACKSTABs a lot more if they''re poisoned, and they'll take advantage of it, to maybe proc red tearstone. A good turtle will even swap weapons, vs another turtle, use a shotel, or maybe a weapon with the proper elemental damage agains't the oponents shield. Good turtles are hell, bad turtles or ganking turtles are stupid and will get greedy and agressive over the poison, thus lowering that stupid shield.
I made my build thinking I'd try a weapon class I have yet to use for a main character of mine and wound up choosing the Silver Knight Spear because of the 1H R2 and reach. Might have to look more seriously into the sword as a swap out weapon now tho.
RKirby808 the fact that the two weapons are the same weight and require the same stat investment, and have very different move sets makes them great partner weapons.
On my first playthrough it took me a week to beat the part with the two archers then I got stuck on the sliver knights after that for like a day or two and someone’s message said try parrying so I practice parrying them for like a couple of days then from then on I was a different dark souls player the rest of the game was a lot easier once i overcame the sliver knights and could beat them easily
saint_riot I think I just blocked the one on the right and he bounced himself off the edge then I ran around the corner and found the bonfire and was so happy that I had finally gotten past that part
I'm proud to say I have guarded sans fortress from the co ops and the unworthy. As a silver knight with great bow I have punished the pengilum walkers. While those cheesing trying to ambush me st the ball roll outside. They tried to force me into balls but they too fell! Sens Fortress is guarded and only the worthy may pass!
Had basically the same build as you, level 41 invading Sens or Anor Londor with a Silver Spear and a Greatbow. Oh and for invading outside: You can also simply walk from the bonfire room and turn right to the little balcony were you enter the place after passing by the archers. If you invade here you also will always spawn outside. I made some evil invasions there, standing besides my fellow silver knights and shooting arrows on upcoming hosts and phantoms...video is coming up :D Yesterday I made a video about twinking hosts in the Undead Burg...and my even more twinkier build to counter them haha. And its a mage! Would love to hear your opinion on it! Its really hard to gain attention to your videos at the start. How did you make it? I mean I know you just fucking worked hard and uploaded a whole lot of great content on DS3 invasions so people HAD to give you attention at some point but still: Is there any trick? I tried sharing it on the subreddit and some facebook pages. Got my 10th subscriber yesterday :D
david9210 Thanks for the tip. As for growth, it's slow at first. Just keep making content, find a way to make something you like that people might want, share it on reddit etc. And then, once you hit 100 subs, the growth starts coming faster and faster.
"When a 3v1 becomes a 2v1, it becomes winnable." That's nice, but they're doing about a hundredth of your health with each hit and about 4 hundredths with backstabs. I think what makes this so winnable isn't so much the less phantoms and more the insane resistance.
3:00 lol my first run through the game I fought them at lvl 20 with a +5 balder side sword with 3 kings at once in stone armor I still won but it was my 4th try with 20 hp remaining and no estus
I'll never understand why people use Quelagg's Fury Sword, it does such little damage even with 10 humanity and 40 Dex. I've always went with the Chaos Blade
I have it maxxed on a SL50 Anor Londo invasion build and it's hitting like a truck. I think if you're invading at SL125, where everyone's got minmaxed stats and fully upgraded armour, then the damage isn't stellar. At mid-levels it is great.

* Boss weapons behave exactly like other unique weapons when picked up by a fresh +0 save (they start at +5 and go up by 2 every upgrade), despite the fact many are transposed from +10 normal weapons
* Shields that are upgrade using non-regular titanite (i.e. Havel's Shield) count as WL +0 and each upgrade increase WL by 3 (Be very careful when upgrading these, it is very easy to accidentally crew over a save!)

I remember back in the PS3 version of the game I had an invader I used for invading the Parish. I think they were level 14 I wanna say, and they rocked the gargoyle helm, shield, and halberd along with a cheeky pyro flame with fire whip and the hollow soldier set. Called them the gargoyle knight. With the new weapon matchmaking system, who this build still work?

Awesome video Saint. You've given me quite a bit to think about. Good tip on the bow. I always use one in PVE but never for PVP but your channel is what made me better. My next run will probably be for Sens Fortess invasions. I've had little time to play so I don't have even one invader finished yet unfortunatly. Can't wait to invade though, my only PVP experience is being invaded in DS1, I never invaded myself so it will be fun to have the chance now.
I was under the impression that the Silver Knight statues in Sen's Fortress was just another trap in a house of traps. When you use the chameleon sorcery, you transform into one of those statues. So now, that one background object has turned into another trap for invaders to use against the host.
I love the resemblance that the Silver Knight sword bears to Anduril from Lord of the Rings.

Dragon's Tooth is actually pretty strong in DS1. Its 1H moveset is literally faster in DS1 than it is in DS3 (lol WHY) and it does a ton of damage AND has pancake attacks.
Also, it's not a standard Titanite upgrade weapon... meaning it does GREAT damage at lower levels.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the silver knight sword is the only weapon that is upgraded with twinkling that can be buffed. Gold pine resin can be bought off of boss armour dude under the aquaduct in firelink. Oh and don't forget your poison arrows :P

One little thing to note is that poise backstabs aren't a great idea against curved swords like the falchion or gold tracer since they have those wide arcs and if you're damaged by anything as you attempt to backstab it'll result in a cancel and you end up eating an r1 or 2, great vid btw
Poison actually sounds especially useful in low level remaster, since it's dmg is not affected by armor and you can just stall using stuff like Force to stun anyone out of Estus, even with their back to the wall. Also, if you like bows, try a 40/40 Dragonbro with Composite +15/Large Arrows, Chaos Composite/Fire Arrows for turtles and Gough's Greatbow, then either a Melee or a Lightning Avelyn if you really wanna commit. (Going in RTSR is fun from time to time) Enchanted Composite/Moonlight Arrows is also incredibly effective, as is the Dragon Form + MLGS, and a Chaos can be kept handy for different shield chipping.

Aether Films outside of the partizen in ds3 I've never messed with spears but I loved the SK spear.
saint_riot spears are actually LEGIT in DS1, using the Moonlight Butterfly Horn on an intelligence build, and while the damage isn't incredible, it's got good reach, weights little, has got R1/R2 mixups to throw people off and looks really pretty. I hear the demon spear is pretty good too, shame the dragonslayer spear is really heavy and has a very demanding stat requirements and needs a very specific build
I also main/love SKS. If you put on Leo and have a good spacing/patience, she is scary!
Bocamino damage is a little lacking tho, I averaged like 200 damage at +5, 45 dex 27 str, 390 on Leo counters, it performs best in duels tbh, but it's still fun

I figured those were Silver Knight weapon arts.
Those attacks shatter poise and deal extremely high damage. Like straight sword weapon art thrusts, but the straight sword was a lighting buffed ultra great sword, kinda. The spear was just hell: if you don't roll or break their poise, you go to the moon.
Just my opinion. That and it makes sense dragon slayer weapons could access some amount of lighting, like how the Great Bow shot Lightning Great Arrows.

Haven't played DS1 in a long time, but I remember the composite bow being better suited to short range battle rather than long range sniping.
The long bow was always my favorite. Made picking off the pyromancers in the Catacombs easy as pie.

Can't believe that you're an absolute madman, invading in Sen's Funhouse.
A lot of people invade there, but most of them aren't exactly at Saint's level. I got invaded 4 times in Sens and all but one of the invaders just died to random environment kills before I even saw them.
Sen's isnt hard. Solo you can run it in under 8min if you arent hitting like a wet noodle, the whole thing is basically a test, similar to the 4 kings. Those snakes are beefy as fuck if you haven't upgraded your weapon or if your still relying on weaker spells. Its meant to force you to either go back and get stronger, or use your environment to your advantage.
Note how nearly ever trap has a snake nearby it. Note how pretty much every snake can be lured to a place where a trap (arrows, pendulum, boulder) can severely damage, kill, or otherwise get them out if your hair.
Map awareness is the lession Sen's tries to teach you. Its a shame that its the only place that endeavors to teach this to you, since immediately after it is anal prolapse and its twin archers who don't give a fucking shit how aware of then you are, they'll still fucking peg your itty bitty asshole with theyre huge dragon fucking arrows.
Punishing Brandon builds with reach is so good, but I've found something even better than a spear for them: Leo Halberd. They always, ALWAYS start swinging at the air so it's free counters without even having to trade, you can usually just r1 spam yourself, even if it means trading once.

Silver Knight SS was always my favorite weapon for spellsword builds just cause best base damage at reqs, buffable and quick swap to MLGS is pretty seamless since they both weigh the same. But it definitely should have been in DS3 with a temp Lightning buff weapon art

they removed the limit of purchasing the gold pine resin from domhnall so that is also an option if you dont like grinding mushrooms

There is something so cathartic about using the S.K. Sword, but I cant figure what it could be. Maybe because the heavy attacks make you feel like a BADASS

They're not as good as in 3 cause so slow but in case I invade someone trying to bypass the archers while human. Kinzoku Zileus at 125 you need to spawn in every invasion with your antigank tool. Wrath of the Gods, poise master curved sword, or whatever works for you. Also consider vow of silence.

Also, i never got into ds1 pvp but man it feels like if ds3 was coca cola then this is diet coke. Can't really say cause i havent pvped much but it seems less adrenaline pumping than ds3.

They have a really bad drop rate for it though. The large mushroom guys always drop 1-3 no matter what your item discovery is.

Silver Knight sword was in my top 5 favorite weapons of this game. My first playthrough on the original was mostly with this weapon

When I found out that we couldn't get Silver Knight Spear or Sword in DS3, I was so disappointed. I literally didn't play the game for 2-3 days after I found that out, and it was less than a week after release.
Is health more important than dealing damage when invading? I want to go for a DEX build, but I'm not sure if I should go full 40 DEX or not.

What weapon are you using? If you're running the Cuteylags Fury Sword you won't need 40 dex since your damage is fuckin immense.

One thing I noticed about Silver Knight Sword is that it has little range with the R1's... I love it though but I personally prefer Balder Side Sword. Ridiculous range and extra phantom range plus that ridiculous R2... Way too much range and damage. It's just too versatile...

Unless you farm in blighttown I'm pretty sure the only large titanite before sens is by the channeler in the depths so I'd say they're likely at +6 at most
You can farm large titanite in the depths too. Green slimes drop them.

I’m SL51 with +11 weapons and I get non-stop invasions at sens. I harass with pharris bow at range, use falchion as my main weapon, and force for ledge shenanigans. So many indictments...

It seems sen's fortress has some very familiar structures to the pthumarian chalice dungeons.
Could the ghosts or spirits of the silver knights that where ablaze during Gwyn's rekindling at the first flame could create some kind haven or a realm of there own fortress with many more challanges. Then could or maybe as time passed some great ones found this haven of the silver knights and then grant theses silver knights to become immortal with there haven reconstructed below the surface as they became the pthumarians?

You're right man, poison is amazing agains't turtles..But ofc, a good turtle , will probably know how to ring swap, get some distance and moss, or won't even care about the poison if they have more AR or are buffed or lagging even if a bit. And tbh most turtles just fish backstabs, so learning that strafe bs parry counter must be amazing vs those turtles, though it is very hard to perform agains't strafes, and even more so agains't pivots. But a thing is certain, a good player will try to farm those BACKSTABs a lot more if they''re poisoned, and they'll take advantage of it, to maybe proc red tearstone. A good turtle will even swap weapons, vs another turtle, use a shotel, or maybe a weapon with the proper elemental damage agains't the oponents shield. Good turtles are hell, bad turtles or ganking turtles are stupid and will get greedy and agressive over the poison, thus lowering that stupid shield.
I made my build thinking I'd try a weapon class I have yet to use for a main character of mine and wound up choosing the Silver Knight Spear because of the 1H R2 and reach. Might have to look more seriously into the sword as a swap out weapon now tho.
RKirby808 the fact that the two weapons are the same weight and require the same stat investment, and have very different move sets makes them great partner weapons.
On my first playthrough it took me a week to beat the part with the two archers then I got stuck on the sliver knights after that for like a day or two and someone’s message said try parrying so I practice parrying them for like a couple of days then from then on I was a different dark souls player the rest of the game was a lot easier once i overcame the sliver knights and could beat them easily
Jesse Brown I had the exact same experience except my "try parrying" message was on the path leading up to the archers. That changed everything.
saint_riot I think I just blocked the one on the right and he bounced himself off the edge then I ran around the corner and found the bonfire and was so happy that I had finally gotten past that part

I'm proud to say I have guarded sans fortress from the co ops and the unworthy. As a silver knight with great bow I have punished the pengilum walkers. While those cheesing trying to ambush me st the ball roll outside. They tried to force me into balls but they too fell! Sens Fortress is guarded and only the worthy may pass!
Had basically the same build as you, level 41 invading Sens or Anor Londor with a Silver Spear and a Greatbow. Oh and for invading outside: You can also simply walk from the bonfire room and turn right to the little balcony were you enter the place after passing by the archers. If you invade here you also will always spawn outside. I made some evil invasions there, standing besides my fellow silver knights and shooting arrows on upcoming hosts and phantoms...video is coming up :D Yesterday I made a video about twinking hosts in the Undead Burg...and my even more twinkier build to counter them haha. And its a mage! Would love to hear your opinion on it! Its really hard to gain attention to your videos at the start. How did you make it? I mean I know you just fucking worked hard and uploaded a whole lot of great content on DS3 invasions so people HAD to give you attention at some point but still: Is there any trick? I tried sharing it on the subreddit and some facebook pages. Got my 10th subscriber yesterday :D

That's nice, but they're doing about a hundredth of your health with each hit and about 4 hundredths with backstabs. I think what makes this so winnable isn't so much the less phantoms and more the insane resistance.
3:00 lol my first run through the game I fought them at lvl 20 with a +5 balder side sword with 3 kings at once in stone armor I still won but it was my 4th try with 20 hp remaining and no estus

I have it maxxed on a SL50 Anor Londo invasion build and it's hitting like a truck. I think if you're invading at SL125, where everyone's got minmaxed stats and fully upgraded armour, then the damage isn't stellar. At mid-levels it is great.
