    CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE (CHRA) is an assessment examination of the basic knowledge in the field of human resource management by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP). The examination is designed to assess the fundamental knowledge that a human resource practitioner must possess.
    COVERAGE
    This is a 3-hour examination divided into two (2) sets.
    SET (1) Recruitment and selection, workplace learning and development, compensation & benefits, performance management, job analysis and design, and risk management.
    SET (2) Labor and HR related laws.
    You are eligible to take the CHRA if you fall into ANY of the following categories:
    Category A. Graduates or graduating students of BSBA Human Resource Management, BS/AB Psychology, Guidance & Counseling, Organizational Management, Behavioral Science, Public Administration, Legal Management, and Law/Juris Doctor.
    Category B. Graduates of MA Psychology, MBA Major in HR and MPA Major in Personnel Administration.
    Category C. Any 4-year degree holders with at least 1 year HR related work experience e.
    Category D. Tertiary faculty members handling HR related subjects/courses.
    Category E. People Managers (Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Department Heads, Team Leaders) with any 4-year degree.
    Process and requirements:
    Fill-out the online application and check your email for confirmation of online registration.
    Pay the assessment examination fee and send proof of payment along with the requirements.
    Wait for confirmation of your payment with all the details of the assessment examination, downloadable reviewers, reference materials, and recorded labor law review session.

      meron din situational at yung iba talaga is iba lng ang definition kesa dun sa mga reviewer sa youtube. 😂

      @@RamMacuhaRMECHRA how about po sa Set B na labor laws, more on situational po ba like- kung pano maiaapply ung certain law sa isang situation? or more on definition lng nung law and it's function? sorry po daming tanong

      ​@@janetteanes92same lang, situational and function. my time na itatanong yung law Constitution # then ang pagpipilian ay definition kung anu yun 😅 😁 need i memorize both. 👍
