good morning sir. ask ko lang po yung about sa formula ng gain on right transferred. nakalagay po kasi sa book ni valix, yung formula is right transferred to buyer-lessor/fv x total gain. and based po sa tinuro po ninyo, pv of rental payment/fv*total gain po yung formula. alin po yung susundin?
actually, isa rin sa source ko ay si Valix... so mas tama yan kung yan ang nakita mo. :) maaring parehong kami tama kung yung right transferred at pv of rental payment is the same (magkaiba lang ng term) pero always follow your book and your own professor. :) sa actual class kasi namin meron din ako minor corrections and clarifications minsan. :)
