That pokémon trading card game battle music at about 1650. The production quality on some of these videos is pretty impressive. It's been interesting to watch. You doing a pretty good job and I appreciate how honest and real some of these interactions are. I am however very curious how you find these locations, I've never this lucky when I go looking for games.
Good ear, Muskox! I was playing the TCG on Switch recently and the music was hitting my ear just right, had to incorporate it into the vids! Appreciate the kind words! It’s been a lot of learning as I go and trying new things to see what works! I always appreciate when anyone notices the editing at all because it’s a real labor of love for me! As far as the locations - some of these flea markets I’ve been going to for years now, others I find on Google, the yard sales are usually from a yard sale app or just seeing the yard signs - so it really all depends! One thing to keep in mind is that you’re mostly seeing the hits in the videos - I leave out probably 10 dud yard sales for every 1 worth filming - but I do try to mix them in every now and then if there was anything interesting to film!

The intro clips got me stoked for this video. Then again any time I see a notification of a new video from the channel I get amped up. I personally never see GBA games in box, so nice find on that, and good deal overall I feel from that first table/seller. I'm 100% the same way I see a sale/clearance/cheap box, and I'm all in, especially for $1 a piece. Think I would of grabbed anything I didn't have :P Never hurts to fill in those gaps though, even if the games are not the greatest overall. Still nice haul early on. I feel like $5 a game is the go to price for people, since it just a nice number, and makes it easier for math and such when it comes to buying. I remember playing Dark Alliance back in the day, and have been dabbling in to the D&D Dark Alliance that came out on the PS4/5, took a break to work on getting the Platinum in WWE 2K23, but will go back to it soon enough. As cool as Charizard is, the Mewtwo caught my eye - def my favorite pokemon from Gen 1, was just such a cool esthetic and design in my eyes. Gamecube stuff seems to becoming more uncommon, but yeah def some nice titles - get why the seller wouldn't go that low on some stuff, some nice titles for sure. Good deal with the MK game, bonus memory card for the win. Got my mouth watering with those pretzels lol. Another awesome haul as always my dude. The CIB GBA game was a sweet find, but have to go with the Gamecube stuff and the Mecha Godzilla toy for my favorites from this one. Great video as always, congrats on all the scores, and the wonderful additions to the collection. Kepp up the hunting and looking forward to the next one. Great to hear from you, as always! I’m with you, it is such a treat to find boxed GBA games, so I’m always going to want to pick them up when I see them! The $1 game box was a real highlight - a little sun-faded, but full of good stuff! And in hindsight I probably could have grabbed a few more haha. Heck, a dollar for a clean case is a fair deal! I haven’t played the new Dark Alliance, but I beat Baulder’s Gate 3 and I’m currently almost finished with BG1 enhanced edition - so I’m currently on a DND kick! The pretzels are no joke! They are pure butter and salt and love haha. Catch you on the next video! OH YEAH!
What a fun hunt and quite the haul. Could feel hearts breaking as the vendor pulled the “ pricier “ games away. Not all he pulled were big 💰 overall you did score well

That’s wild!!! High-five! absolutely agree getting the twisted metal games was such a nice surprise, being able to complete a game by piecing it back together definitely makes it all the more special!
@@ElDabstroyero that game im currently playing are evil dead(ps2) ,god of war ascension(ps3) & okami hd(ps4)🔥 i still got about 318 games in my personal collection & still got alot of backlog to cover but me i just pick up games that im just more interested in playing & keeing ,since thats just my style. Oh also i recently picked up evil dead like over a month ago at a yard sale along side the suffering for $5 each.

Good suggestion! Right now I use an Excel doc but it is hard to check my phone while I’m filming, so I usually try to go off memory which… is tricky haha

Great video again!! I want to continue last videos conversation, how often do you play your video games and what’s your favourite system if you have one or favourite genre? Also I wish my town had a flea market they always have games and prices are usually low or negotiable! Also yard sale season in my area starts in May sadly so over these colder months, I have to rely on Facebook marketplace and thrift stores and messaging random people on Facebook Any other methods you could think of for finding retro Video Games cheaply ?? One last thing when do you think you’ll stop collecting Video Games or is there a certain number you will stop collecting because for me I’ll eventually have to stop and when I move out of my parents place when I grow up, I need to transport them to my house since a lot of stuff is rare and I’m definitely not gonna want to buy it again !! Which might be hard !!?

Except last week I spent 3 days editing this video and didn’t have any time to play and that was kind of a bummer. 😔 I’ve been playing a lot of PS5, so I’d have to say that’s my favorite console - even though I think it’s fugly looking haha. But if we’re talking retro… SNES! So many perfect games! But my answer changes sometimes… N64 and PS1 are also in my top 3 routinely haha. Flea markets are the best! If you haven’t already, you should check Google maps and look nearby, because I don’t necessarily have a flea market in my town, sometimes I’m driving a few hours to get to them. I always like checking antique stores, because sometimes you may find a hidden gem, my copy of Spyro the dragon that I found sealed was from a secondhand story, which is very similar to an antique store basically and I was shocked that they had any games. I also find just talking about the hobby helps - I’ve had random people I wouldn’t expect offer me games once they heard I was collecting. Some people just want to get rid of old junk and being in the right place at the right time is all it takes! I don’t think I’ll ever quit! I just love the hunt so much. Yard sales and flea markets are in my DNA at this point - and when you see awesome games on the cheap, how can you ever say no haha. I know for me, I moved my childhood collection into an apartment when I was 18 - and aside from the handful of games I lost along the way, I still have most of my collection! It definitely can be hard to move them and everything, but really the sky is the limit when it comes to collecting - as little or much as you feel comfortable with is the right collection for you! Especially if you’re good at Tetris - because those skills come in handing when you’re packing up games to move haha

@ColinDiamond-24 @ColinDiamond-24 I’ve seen flea markets that pop up randomly, then there are also flea markets that are there every week at the same time, some are only during the summer months and close down during the winter, it all depends. Five hours is a pretty long drive but if you make a weekend of it, it could be a nice little trip somewhere. One example would be a friend of mine who knew I was collecting had a neighbor who was clearing out some games, so they put me in touch with that person, and we made a deal. If people know you have a hobby, or know that you collect games, they’ll usually be helpful if they can - at least, in my experience :)
How do you actually get the score at yard sales specifically cheap like I watched your video with 1$ GameCube and N64 games! 1! How do you get that cheap price how do you haggle down and how much do you haggle at yard sales? Because I would love to get games that cheap!?
@ColinDiamond-24 Well, if you remember that episode, I didn’t have to haggle at all - I asked what they wanted for them and they said $1! So no haggling needed sometimes haha

Great finds! I would have tried to make a play on the Mario Baseball and the Silent Hill. Maybe offered around 50-60 for those two.
That probably would have worked too! Unfortunately, at that point I was running low on funds, but I absolutely bet he would have made a decent deal!

Did PC have the destructible environments too? That was such a game changer - digging a tunnel with rockets was so damn fun lol
