I think u should get a white color table to show contrast when u are demonstrating the bag. Cuz it will be more visible and clearer for your viewers to watch.

We usually process any refund every Tuesday and Thursday even for the silliest reason. So if you have the reason like lost package, we have to investigate if the package was lost in our warehouse or in the hand of the courier. Because if the case was the latter, it is common knowledge that we cannot be held responsible for the incident. However, we are here to help and even have no problem to refund.
