I personally really like the product vids...esp new products & detailing tools. I cnt wait to see the GT3 touring....such a killer build.
Love the idea, what happens to a lot of rentals (not saying its going to be you Matt) is that the owners do bare minimum maintenance to everything so when you say you break it you fix it kind of sucks because most of the time just about everything is on the edge of breaking to begin with.

The fact that I am willing to watch you talk and wash your car for almost an hour is (I believe) proof that your vision has merit and you are providing a service that many will participate in. You can incentivize people to stay longer by building in the car rental into the booking rating. Or have two tiers: 1 with a high-end performance car and the other with a less performance-oriented car.
500 miles in a week?! My wife and I have been going two times a year for a week for the last 15 years. If we are lucky with the weather, we count on putting 3000 miles on the Porsche, 2000 miles around there and 2x500 to get there and back. Out driving all day (like three times the Cherohala-TOD loop in a day for example). I think the price is good for what you would be offering. Not for us though, we would only be using the awesome place for the bed, bathroom and the OG...

Great news about ego i’ve been meaning to pick up a blower for a while now and had just decided that I was going to do it I have a gas powered backpack blower that I’ve been using but as you can imagine it’s quite cumbersome so I’ll wait till they hit The OG store and I’ll order one right away believe it or not I actually visit the store almost every day I just click on the new products just something I do have a great one as always.
One thought, if you buy a car for the mountain house, at the end of the year, you could do a give away through OG and probably recoup or exceed the money you already had invested in that car. Then you would have justification to chase an interesting car every year for that place.

I think a housing issue is highly, highly unlikely. The bigger issue is inflationary and the ability for the general population's ability to continue to consume causing a recession.

Rent the house for a week throw a party for $50 a head, bring in a couple of local dj’s 2 full keg’s of IPA (for all the people that lie about enjoying grapefruit beer) Pay for the cost of the rental and the speakers that you *will* blow out. Easy peasy. Hex me in bby 🛠
My wife doesn't understand why I would want to pay to rent the car and then have to wash it. I told her that is part of the appeal. I think you'll need to have Michelle do some videos on what the ladies can do on their own (or with the kids) while the men spend some quality time in the garage.
The only way this works, is you have to market it only from ur subscribers. If its not a subscriber, your not going to be happy with how absolutely stupid people are. You can list it on a normal site. I think you can possibly go as far as to do a cars and bids type thing. Not an auction. But a "house and car" or "house and dream garage" so every house for rent on that site will be with a nice a garage thats usable and a possibly a car or a spot for the renter at least. My pressure washer doesn’t run smooth when I clean the wheels take to long to scrub them and in between wheels the pressure washer struggling How does your pressure washer run smooth in between wheels too much water flowing in and not spraying trigger to release pressure building
