Do you drive your knee forward while punting to get more distance? I've been struggling with distance and even tried to fix it with a lower drop table.
Would strength matter or does it help is it all about form ? Like strength is good too but let’s say your not jacked I can only squat 2 plates and I’m 5’10 BW140

You're a machine dude. I have terrible form and my average is 35 yards from the LOS. I can't imagine taking less than 4 yards to punt. That's crazy.

Try to get as strong as you can and bigger.. as long as you are flexible. Form is more important though.
