My biggest grip with such beautiful houses is that they cost too much, land buying rate is one thing but the architect will inflate prices because of "brand name". Middle class person just cannot afford such houses. I'm not trying to undermine the effort, but let me know if one can find an architect firm who does such beautiful houses and takes a margin of less than 15% Maybe I'll start my own company one day and make this happen, and fulfill middle class man's home dream come true at all budget levels.

How would they clean the long hanging lights on the outside? It is gonna be a tedious one

Not sure how the privacy is maintained. One can see the neighboring buiding sort of pop in to the house. good design visually.
