मेरे laptop में आपने जो विकल्प दिखाए speekers और हेडफोन वाले उस में विकल्प नहीं है पर speekaers/headphone only one. So can't disconnect internal microphone.

I'm using desktop PC ( window 7 ) but, on clicking DEVICE MANAGER, option of AUDIO INPUT OUTPUT doesn't appear !!!!
When I am using the boya mic by plugging it the combo jack of my laptop, the built in speakers of the laptop get muted. Therefore two way communication is not possible when the mic is plugged as I can't hear the person I am talking to. Can you please suggest a solution to this problem. Thanks
Boya mic is for recording only for two way communication you have to use a good quality of earphones with mic or headphones with mic support.

It is a USB sound card. So the laptop's combo jack shall remain free. I guess, in that situation, the inbuilt speakers of the laptop should function normally. Please throw your take on this. Thanks dear.... 🙏

Realtek HD audio driver works well with this mic. The driver can be downloaded from the website of Realtek or the website of the manufacturer of your laptop. Initially I too had the problem of the laptop not detecting the mic. But when i changed the audio driver to Realtek, the problem was solved. But as someone said here, each laptop is unique owing to the differences in manufacturers, operating systems and the level of updation of these OSs. The latest updates to Windows 10 is adversely affecting several computers while many millions remain unaffected. So you may have spend time on this to figure out the real reason for this problem. As it is a new laptop, the vendors are likely to be helpful. Perhaps you can take their advice too. Good luck 😊
