Great video! Most “buyers” of professional services don’t know how to evaluate the expertise of the service provider. Differentiation is most often not from education or even experience, but from how we approach the defining the goal and creatively figuring out the optimal path to get there.

In the video you refer to a rule that one cannot own >25% of a company in Spain to be eligible for Spain's Beckham law. This rule was scrapped recently. Beckham law has become a lot more attractive. Now, it's even possible for foreign employers to post their employees from any country, with which Spain has a social security agreement, to Spain. This allows Beckham Law users to benefit from the Beckham law without the need to incorporate in Spain; instead, they can use their existing foreign company or incorporate a new company in a more favorable jurisdiction (e.g. Malta for 5% corporate tax; Estonia for 3-year parental benefit upon childbirth worth EUR 120'000; etc.; Denmark for zero social security contributions despite decent pension entitlement accrual and free EU healthcare).

I are an Engineer and really like your approach - simply understand the laws, then design the entity - business to achieve the desired outcome!

Now more than ever people should be watching this channel or one like it to get the best possible situation to keep as much of their money as possible. Governments are getting greedier by the day and are working to take everything you've got.
Wish you posted more regularly, Michael. I miss your inspiration.

I am in favor of only having mandatory infrastructure tax which is no more than 5-6%.
Everything else should be opt-in. This already works for roads. People who drive pay a tax.
Instead of taxing people to oblivion for feeding people who have no valuable skills for modern society, figure out how to educate them.
These governments are jobs programs for people that take a stack of papers and move them from one desk to the other.
I imagine that's not a very fulfilling life, even if you take the money from someone else to fund their salary.
