Sir, nice review. I used this product. It lasted for only 1 year then stopped working. I dont know why companies stopped manufacturing 5.1 home theatres? Some basic cheap home theatres are available now a days that too without hdmi or optical inputs. Most of the companies have shitfted to sound bars. Otherwise there are extremely costly AVRs from yamaha etc. are available.

We Indians have to pay 4 times more than original cost for top companies products, due to taxes etc. And all local made things are of bad quality. We have to import , this is headache. Finally, I have an idea. It will be better to buy a pc with i3 latest generation processor along with motherboard having hdmi output. It handle 4k @60 fps. Netflix and amazon prime app on Windows 10 and 11 can play such contents. All the onboard soundcards can output 5.1 sound with several decodings and can provide RCA output. AND the most interesting thing is that I can use my collection of DVDs and CDs. It may cost somewhere Rs. 25 to 30K. What do you think???
This this cheapest and easy idea of using PC as main media content player. AVR is other but costly option after this. You can invest in DAC and DSP and even try external 5.1 processor with your PC. Various tweaking option is beauty with this PC thing. Btw, Cassettes plays music far far better than today's options.
You won't get surround effect with 3.5mm in this unit. for 5.1 effect, you need to use optical/toslink input. The source unit which you are selecting as input for this unit should also support 5.1 out.. Like if Amazon 4k firestick is connected to TV and you are using Prime for content viewing, it will display if content is available with Dolby output, if yes, then the TV Optical out should support 5.1 output..
Before I had, Pioneer 5.1 reciever which has only Dolby Prologic 2, even this outdated technology, produces perfect surround from rear speakers, and that with stereo input, even on RUclips videos also. That was nice product

As what I know if you use 3.5mm or coaxial port you will get only 2.1,for Dolby or dts you should go with either optical or HDMI Arc. If you play song with Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack all 5 speakers and subwoofer gives you proper sound that doesn't mean that sound is 5.1, these means all speakers are giving you same type of output, true 5.1 centre speaker is for vocals FR & FL for combination of vocal and effects SL & SR for only effects. In your pioneer receiver case if you get 5.1 surround sound with 3.5mm or coaxial that means your receiver creating some kind of virtual effects not true 5.1. As per my understanding, you should not be able to get true surround from Aux cable, becase aux cable only carries 2 channels and not 5 channels. Also youtube does not support dolby dts / 5.1 AAC. however netfix and amazon prime does. You should have to connect your optical tv output to this device.
Yes, I will not get true Dolby surround, but we get prologic 2 decoding with this, if this working as described. Before this, I am using Pioneer receiver with aux input only and get very good surround and prologic 2 decoding.
@@OIGOrdinaryIndianGuy Hi, i looked out for some info, and found out that youtube just ignores prologic decoding even if the orginal video has that. Suppose If you have 5 speakers sound system. To make it surround sound each speaker has to know what to play. As you can see from video above RUclips only sending audio to two speakers. This is why all the other speakers don't have sound. The idea of the surround sound codec is to combine 6 audio channels and send to receiver devices. This means the receiver device need to be able decode the original codec in order to restore the signals to speakers correctly. RUclips so far doesn't decode those codecs. Thats why you might not be getting surround output you desire. My LG B9 has optical output, i am thinking about getting this board. Maybe after I get this, I can test with Netflix and report back if it works or not. Thanks for testing it though.
Hello bro. Prologic 2 decoder converts 5.1 from stereo even with analog input. Good decoder gives nice 5.1 effect on RUclips also, like I am getting with my old Pioneer reciever. I checked this board with spdif coaxial and on Amazon prime,even with true surround files. All i am getting is stereo from rear.

Guys The dolby prologic used to make 5.1 from 2.1 stero if the board is genuine it converts but this is fake only work with opticl and coxial which means they used a bad ic which don’t decode dolby or dts only does some software decoding with analog signals so dont expect real 5.1 by opticl or coxial so use ssm 2126a bassed board which made for dolby prologic Thats why they removed ic names🎉
Plenty of Audio Rush with same looks available in market. Most of them not capable of decoding doly/dts. Look inside the audio rush. If dolby dts processor IC is there then buy or check youtube sellers who sell genuine dolby dts audiorush

till now, i tested it with all inputs and video contents, same results, no rear separation i get, Centre channel and subwoofer outputs are only working nicely

Are you out of basic knowledge ? 3.5 mm, AUX, Bluetooth, RUclips are 2.0 sounds Or in simple words these are stereo. Left and Right Pro logic can work but won't be that effective. Only pseudo surround through chip. Optical Port carries real Digital Informations i.e. Dolby Digital (5.1) So, it must decode 5.1 Digital signals (Dolby Digital, dts) to 5.1 Analog Signals. It's major function otherwise useless.
You are absolutely right. But it still can't even give pseudo surround, in this view, even Prologic 1 is better than this. Later after this video,I test this with optical input , but same result. No rear surround,only it mimics front stereo channels

Yesterday I use this with Optical input, but same result, even on Prime video app.
5.1 would get reproduced from 5.1 input. Stereo input would make pseudo surreal sound.

Agar center speaker nhi hai to ye 4.1 hua, shayd. Aur 6 separate audio input ka agar option hai, tabhi aap 5.1 decoder ka use kar sakte ho.

My LG B9 has optical output, i am thinking about getting this board. Maybe after I get this, I can test with Netflix and report back if it works or not.

Hello bro. Prologic 2 decoder converts 5.1 from stereo even with analog input. Good decoder gives nice 5.1 effect on RUclips also, like I am getting with my old Pioneer reciever. I checked this board with spdif coaxial and on Amazon prime,even with true surround files. All i am getting is stereo from rear.

Prologic chip will convert it to pseudo surround not real surround as director wanted.
If input is 5.1 Digital then decoded output should be 5.1 Analog.
And don't watch Indian movies or webseries, Hollywood movie and webseries contains 5.1 or above.

Still finding. Don't buy Hd audio Rush. Abhi tak koi real solution nhi mila. U can get Prologic 1 only, which is cheapest. AVR is real solution,but costly

Guys The dolby prologic used to make 5.1 from 2.1 stero if the board is genuine it converts but this is fake only work with opticl and coxial which means they used a bad ic which don’t decode dolby or dts only does some software decoding with analog signals so dont expect real 5.1 by opticl or coxial so use ssm 2126a bassed board which made for dolby prologic

Plenty of Audio Rush with same looks available in market. Most of them not capable of decoding doly/dts. Look inside the audio rush. If dolby dts processor IC is there then buy or check youtube sellers who sell genuine dolby dts audiorush
Yes, market is flooded with fake products. It's very time and money wasting thing, finding real decoder. In very last, buying AVR is costly and only solution

Sound through your mobile you are playing is not 5.1 CH sound then why this decoder should work. play a movie where mention dolby digital DTS sound then it will work.
till now, i tested it with all inputs and video contents, same results, no rear separation i get, Centre channel and subwoofer outputs are only working nicely

You are absolutely right. But it still can't even give pseudo surround, in this view, even Prologic 1 is better than this. Later after this video,I test this with optical input , but same result. No rear surround,only it mimics front stereo channels

You are wrong becoz my computer has 6 channel out put ,fr fl,sr sl,center and subwoofer,and I play 5.1 movie also because movie out put 5.1 real different audio no mixind ..ok.or use no dhmi no optical .use 5.1 analog channel Home theatre , Philips 5.1, f&d not used 5.1 with sound bar. New generation home theatre mein 5.1 arc is fake virtual audio.
