It indeed broke my heart. I watched it for the first time back in 2010 and I simply couldn't forget it as I lost my first puppy in 2008 as it got killed by a motorcycle, I always start to cry whenever I see some cute dog or puppy since then. I don't have a strength to rewatch this movie. At all. I simply can't. It's heartbreaking.
I remember asking my parents to buy me this movie when I was a kid. I was all happy, thinking it was going to be a funny cute doggy movie. Then I remember finishing the movie, crying.
As a kid I couldn't comprehend movies in general but I could definitely feel some emotion about Fluke. Fast forward a few years later, I watch Fluke and again and I started to cry immediately.
All I remember about it is "dog reincarnated from a dude dying in a carcrash" I was six and all I remember about it was being traumatized at the idea of the man dying horribly in a car crash.
I adore this movie. When my childhood kitty reached the ripe age of 18 years old, her kidneys began failing her and I was only blessed 1 more day with her before having to say goodbye. So, I went to the local video shop and got a few "animal love" VHS movies. I took the next day off from work and we spent the day together, watching films, letting her eat her favorite foods, which were peach peels and vanilla ice cream, don't ask me why, cuddled and cried. I never thought i could let her go. But then I started watching "Fluke" and... to have such a wonderful story at that time meant the world to me. It left me feeling that she would always be with me and you really have to see the movie to understand. 💖💖💖💖💖
This is an amazing movie! Deep and magical! Thank you MGM for bringing this masterpiece! Best dog movie of all time. Just watch it today after all these years😱😱
Fluke is of my FAVOURITE childhood movies! ADORABLE! It was sooo HEART-WARMING and TOUCHING! ❤ I also cried SO MUCH! 😢 A BEAUTIFUL story and one of the reasons I’ve ALWAYS wanted a GOLDEN retriever, and now I finally have one! When Fluke has the hat on, it was THE CUTEST and FUNNIEST moment! 😍..😆
I remember this movie this made me tear up so much it has a touching story to it that's put together so well like hachi another dog movie that I also love I love cats they are my favorite but watching really sad dog movies makes me cry so much because so touching.
I watched this movie back in 2010 and made me cry since always whenever I see any dog afterwards (especially puppies) for no reason. I watched it only back then, and I don't have enough strength to rewatch it. I can't.
I remember watching this movie on Netflix as a kid. Back when Netflix used to have the movie you are looking for. This movie is so nostalgic to me. Also very sad movie. If you like a dog's purpose, then this is for you.
I saw this with my sister. She was about 5-6 and I was about 12-13. We both liked it. It was one of the few times during our human trafficking survival that we got along and there was no violence and blood loss. Our traffickers weren't there. I picked out the movie. I'm glad.
Cuando tenia como 6 años la ví con mi madre y era muy pequeño para comprender porque lloraba ahora que tengo mas de 30 años si la veo seguro se me salen las lagrimas
Heartbreaking story. I can't watch animals being abused in any way.... Even with Hollywood behind it. I watched this movie many years ago and cried throughout
i remember watching this movie with 10 years, My father didnt love with us and after finish it I told to My father to come to visit me after death, My father died 5 years later and I'm still waiting to him to visit me..
This is a great movie from my childhood and I like the story and the dog is a decent character and I like the kid and I like what we wears when the dog comes the house I love the sweater, love the blue button up/button down shirt and I love the blue pants because that actually looks like an outfit that I would wear on great occasion and I think the shirt and pants would be great to wear to fancy restaurants and pretty much in the future the outfit would be optional to wear at fancy theme park themed restaurants on vacations.
No wonder the movie under preformed, this trailer is an atrocity! this movie is like a "Ghost", "Twilight Zone", "All Dogs Go to Heaven" mashup that results in one of the most unique Masterpieces that can make even a grown man cry and sobe! and this trailer makes the movie look like some kiddie, cutsie, shmutsie flick all so shame on MGM for not using even a tinny fraction of the insanely beautiful soundtrack from this movie in their trailer! the Movie is a MARVEL! its a must see movie for any human being that is human! the sell peach was absolute GARBAGE though!!!
My dad bought me a movie bundle where it had three dog movies and I’d start crying every time he’d grab that dvd 🤣🤣🤣😭 they did not need to make fluke that sad of a movie
This movie came out when I was 5 but I don’t recall ever hearing about it until a couple days ago. 🥲😩 How is that possible? I watched it on Tubi and I really enjoyed it. Sucha fun and heartwarming story. I didn’t want it to end. 🥹
Don’t be fooled by the cute and lighthearted trailer. This movie will break your heart.

Gosh! It’s so hard to watch this movie without having a lump in your throat the whole time.

try reading the book it's based on

I’ve been looking for this movie since I was like 8 so almost two decades - it made me cry so bad

I was smiling for a second then you said human trafficking immediately lost the smile hope you’re doing ok these days
I had watched this movie 2384823843 times when I was a kid
Based on a book (also called Fluke) by British author James Herbert. Book is excellent.
Unfratal melaco madasuna heta lom brada.
This movie needs a blu-ray release.
Great movie, but horribly misleading trailer. Makes the movie look like Homeward Bound when in fact it's closer to a supernatural version of Hachiko.
the trailer is misleading? the whole thing is a joke if you read the book by James Herbert
@@SgtSteel1 old comment, but I grew up with the book and the film and think they're both great.
It is misleading. I mean the trailer makes it like uplifting typical Cats & Dogs comedy movie, but actually it's heartbreaking dramatically sad movie.
One of the best movies I ever seen
i'm gonna show this to my wife, she is will cry for any slightly emotional moment in any movie,
cant wait to see what this movie gonna do to her
Heartbreaking story. I can't watch animals being abused in any way.... Even with Hollywood behind it.
I watched this movie many years ago and cried throughout
Some dog movies are very feel good
If you thought this was a tearjerker, try watching "Hachi."
@@citygirl5705 another wonderful dog movie I recommend is Chestnut Hero of Central Park
i remember watching this movie with 10 years, My father didnt love with us and after finish it I told to My father to come to visit me after death, My father died 5 years later and I'm still waiting to him to visit me..
Honestly this movie was completely forgotten to me. I sort of wish it still was

Great movie but it's so sad.
Extremely sad. I watched it only once, I don't have a courage to rewatch it again. Simply I can't go through another heartbreak with this movie.
This trailer is extremely misleading.

It's Mark Elliott's voiceover!
Yep. He is also the longest serving voice over for Disney, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Warner Bros. & other companies.

suddenly very silly. she probably don't want to do dog seriously.
Sixth
Im honestly kind of surprised fhaf this trailer didnt reveal who the dog really is which i guess means its kind of misleading
