I knew a woman who didn't drink water and one of her kidneys dissolved and the other one was on the verge of shutting down. Plus she had agonizing gout so...yeah.
I only drink two cups of coffee a day and diet Coke. Once a month or so I might be near the sink and drink a small glass of water. I worry because I'm always so fatigued and just don't seem to be energetic. It's not that I hate the taste.. I just never remember to drink water. Think I'm going to start as of today setting an alarm on my phone twice a day to remind me to drink water. 😟
@Higher Image Status it is actually going very, very well. I weaned myself off diet coke, but it wasn't easy. I still have a cup or two of coffee in the morning. In the corner of my kitchen now instead of cases of diet Coke I have cases of water. I have better energy.. actually lost 11 pounds. But, the biggest thing for me was I stopped have muscle spasms in my hands and leg cramps at night. It's really, really worth the time it takes a person to remind themselves sometimes it is way more important to go with what you need, rather than what you want. Although, I do allow myself a diet coke when I go out to eat... because I rarely go out to eat lol
