Its supposed to depict St Michael (reason), fighting the dragon/snake that is Satan (Madness). The statue in the comic was huge, approx 20 feet. The statue originally had a spear, but this was taken and used by Batman to defeat Killer Croc.

Technically to have special rooms for all the baddies we'd need to buy both and combine them up. :P Luckily Arkham has MANY different buildings from different eras of building and re-building, so that could be pretty easy to pull off.
Could double as Wayne Manor from just the outside (sans "Arkham Assylum" sign of course). I like the vintage car (like the Chicago PD cas in Blues Brothers movie). Nice to see all of the creative facial expressions. Harvey Dent's purple eye looks a little weird though. Why does Barbara Gordon have such dark skin she looks Hispanic? You put your car GCPD stickers on sideways.
