Love the book. One thing that helped me loose weight is to fast. And now everyone's body chemistry is different but I would stop eating at 6p and not eat until 10am the next day. The only thing u can have while fasting is water or unsweetened coffee or tea. It helped me alot abs I'm around your age. It's hard to fast at first but stick with it and you will see the weight to start dropping. Now the time frame that you do eat, make sure your eating healthy foods and not alot of junk food.
