After updating my Redmi 10 to 14 pro ,problems started like front camera not working secondly blue tooth audio sound not working now sound of mobile gone I can't hear the call nor can watch any video as sound is totally gone can it be recover by factory reset if so I need to save my data and all my downloaded apps can you help me to recover my phone from this ongoing problems
