So the white plane that you saw in the monorail is a Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit Stealth bomber. the most common color it is depicted in is a dark-ish grey. I hope this helps. :) Also, the video used in the info briefing is from the second Top Gun movie, being released in 2022.
