Hi, thank you for the video. I have a question, I learnt that relating on glenohumeral joint (shoulder), when doing chin ups, you are using a movement of EXTENSION. I got confused when you said that because the shoulder is elevated, it is flexed. I really appreciatte if you can solve my doubt. Thanks.
