how did you add color to each of the segment?
Double click to go to blending options. Or right click on the segment, go to blending options. Select color or gradient, choose the color you want

when i try to cut the segment its showing like "Selected area is Empty" please help on this.
Have you divided the circle using the symmetry?
Ok, to understand your question, you have divided the lines into the number of segments you want. And you want to cut the segments?
how do i add picture inside the triangle?
right-click on the image , then scroll to - create a clipping mask
hope you understand
You obviously know what you are doing, but you are moving WAY too fast for inexperienced photoshoppers to follow..

Reduce speed by 0.75 or 0.5 and watch
