Just bought the combo kit with free 5.0 HO battery. The impact driver can take my lug nuts off.The 5.0 HO battery really wakes up the drill.
I'll have to give the 5.0 battery a try
I nearly switched to milwaukee, but I've heard so many horror stories about their reliability that it put me off , problems with trigger, gearboxs in the combi drills ,batteries over heating .
I haven't had a battery over heat but experienced the clutch adjustment on the 12 hammer drill get stuck. Time will tell I guess.
I took a chance on the M12 driver . But yes I heard there battery problems andthere warranty process is hell. I don't bother with warranty.
Dude, You could have gotten a whole kit, with better batteries, for not much more! It never makes sense, except in some cases, to buy “Tool Only!”
