Another flashback to summer and adjusting to our new life together in our new flat. As always I want to show you the truth (while not sharing EVERYTHING) and just wanted to show that even when one of your dreams comes true it doesn't mean everything is suddenly perfect....and that's ok. thought it was important to show once again how different you can feel day to day and discuss why it's important to have a good cry sometimes. It doesn't have to be negative!!

I think when you have a chronic illness you have more breakdowns because it's all so exhausting! I know I do when I am tired my mood drops and I don't think that's showing how you feel is a sign of weakness or not coping, I think it's a sign that you are dealing with what is going on. X

I think that’s true. Tiredness certainly makes everything harder to deal with so you inevitably have wobbles if you are at the exhausted end of the scale. I agree it’s nothing to do with weakness it’s part of our process of coping and surviving x

Hi Sophie Nothing much will help sleepless nights but a cat beside you. I am not clear on wether you have actually adopted one yet or not. Having someone beside you soft and warm something alive oddly enough is a comfort. You can pet her or talk to her and tell her your troubles or since cats are 'night people' quietly play with her.. and my dear Sophie, be loved no matter how sick you are.

Sometimes i just cry of tiredness or if some say how are you feeling to day. My wall break and just cry and cry. But its a kind of getting some out.
So afterword i can take a rest and sleep.. Lovely you i am so happy to follow you. Like your honesty. I found you in a movie about me. First i found who have ME since i get my diagnos. But i am bedridden in dark silent room 98%. I manage the intim things like toalett, teeth and once a week a bath. I love my bath.
    Take care of you🍃🌸🍃

So sorry to hear how severe things are for you. I know how isolating it can feel, even at my level so please know wonderful it is that you have so much kindness and positivity to share. It's not always easy to find it, when every day is a struggle. I agree. sometimes if someone is really considerate or asks how I am and genuinely seems to care it tips me over the edge and makes my eyes well. I wonder as well as coming from a place of exhaustion it comes from a feeling of relief because so many people get frustrated at you, or are skeptical because it's an illness they don't understand. So it feels overwhelming when someone genuinely cares! Who knows!! x
