had the pleasure to meet the kruger brothers last night, i did the sound for their opening act. they are not only great musicians (mindblowing fretwork on both the bajo and flat top) but true professionals (they brought their own sound crew); earlier in July i had the honor of doing sound for Wayne Henderson and Jeff Little the day before Wayne's festival.
@countrygurl1 A person can't help but to like this video. Some of the best music is played in an informal setting in the kitchens of the world. That was fantastic.
Kruger knows a lot of stuff. He knows the neck like the back of his hand. That doesn't make him the best though. Scruggs,Reno, and Fairchild are the best at their styles.
I come back to this video every few years and it's simply great.
I just came back to this video after a few years. I saw the above comment and liked it. Then I saw that I wrote it.
@@saweathers awesome comments!

JENS -- You're a wild man! Love the "Pizza Parlor" solo at the end.
Alabama Jubilee! I used to play that with my beloved Paw Paw Joe Anderson. I miss him more than words can say.

I just wonder what was for dinner? It had to be good!
AWESOME
The best, but don't they have a living room? I love this vid but it always cracks me up that they are crammed in to the kitchen.
Sweet!! I wish the video-photographer would have showed the guitar player who was playing leads with his back to the camera(was it Scott Fore?)
@Crowtch Hi, that is an old song by George L. Cobb: "Alabama Jubilee" and something funny and different to play in a jam-session :-)
as good as it gets...
"was it Scott Fore?"
Sure is!
I see Tut Taylor.
That's how I grew up we all gathered in the kitchen it's a hillbilly thing. If you never did it you probably arent country!
