Hi Dud3 ... yes you are absolutely right ... speed events, Time attacks and the 1st place of the qualifying do not change with difficulty... it's basically just a skill change for AI drivers 10:00 ... actually really clever to squeeze in 2 hypers there in B league 🤯 13:10 😂 strafe more steer less ... it's a piece of discord wisdom 14:30 .. yeaaaa its a huge carry .. you'll most likely use nothing else till mid A league 15:35 ... weeeell atmospheric drag ... or density it's basically the same slows you down and lets you slow down faster ... like draging your hand through water ... you know 19:05 Dud3 XD ... you always break my heart with this XD ... The Base top speed of the ESA is only 2% less then the Lunare ... but you compare two ships with different builds on them ... if you want to check the stat differences between two ships .. use the same build ..... By the way .. the ESA has compared to the Lunare .... +5% Durability +2% Thrust -2%top speed +2% Stability -10% Steer +2%Strafe .... and I love it 😍 24:20 It's out of Power range because it uses a different build then the Lunare ... The base values of ships vary between 182- 186 so not much of a difference there 24:40 in an arena race you gain additional 33% Dmg For every lap you finished Finally .... DAAAAAAMN BRO .. Final Race was awesome .. Pretty clean , and great boost pattern
Yeah, the boost safety at 5% percent will prevent you from manually boosting and exceeding it. However, track temperature, hyper boost, and floor damage can still get past the safety. Hot temperatures are typically the culprit on Cairo and Tartarus tracks. Hyperboost has a buffer after activation that prevents an immediate shutoff. This small window may be just enough to overheat your ship with 5% remaining hull. Floor damage can be received from not pitching on incline changes, excessive speed on said inclines, or just slamming the track too hard on a landing.
I am likely going to leave this at 5% unless I play in a particularly brutal session (or maybe online multiplayer). I am used to it now and it seems to work. I will just have to keep the damage in mind.
That white and light blue color scheme you have on your ASERA reminds me of the Frozen Ocean color scheme from Redout 1. Which I use on my ASERA machines in that game.
4:15 you are correct, Speed Events and Time Trials don't scale with difficulty. In fact they used to be a lot harder, like some of these event were Nightmare levels of difficult which caused a lot of frustration before 34BT decided to nerf those events. Imo they kind of overdid it there because the events are now way too easy in my eyes, but I'm not complaining too much because the career is already very damn long. That said, if you want a really good challenge for Time Trials and Speed Events, you can attempt going for the Platinum Medals which do not reveal themselves until you beat them but fair warning: They are often going to be at least 10 seconds ahead of the gold times. But only do them if you're ready to spend potentially hours trying to get one of them, they will not give extra rewards or anything, just bragging rights if anything.
That is acutally very interesting that those exist. It is hard to tell if I would have ever found one of those with how I am currently running the playthrough since I am constantly pushing forward with the newly unlocked events and items.

I like that classic white look on the Asera. Looks like a space ship.
@@Turtledud3 Funny thing is that Buran's thing (You'll be unlocking them much later). They're even named after a Soviet space program.
