It was actually the guy who didnt make the payments that stole the tow truck, while the Repo man was busy hooking it on.

It's called Brave Firefighters, and it's basically a shooting gallery game in which you venture through a burning building extinguishing flames that take up the entire room, while rescuing civilians. I distinctly remember playing it one time at Chuck E Cheese's. I managed to get as far as third (and apparently final) scene, before I ran out of tokens and couldn't finish it. :(

I didn't notice it before, but the person in the lock picking contest lost. The person next to them was the winner and you can see them actually picking the lock methodically rather than trying to rake it open.
Was thinking it was a rather easy competition if you could just rake the lock opens; not that I can do that, but after watching some Lockpicking Lawyer you know that's about the easiest method after simply using the key.

It's a thin string attached between the top of the zip on his hoodie and the object, then another one from the object pinned underneath the phone recording it. To make it stop floating he simply pulls the string out from underneath the phone, or knocks it loose from the object itself, either method works.
You can see it dips down when he leans forward a bit and that he never shows there's no string directly in front of or behind it. It's a neat magic trick and with some practice you can have it seemingly hover higher or lower without the audience noticing by subtle shifts in body stance.

What you don't get in the firefighter helm-cam video is the sense of how you are enveloped in a haze of warmth unlike anything else, you really get a respect for the protective gear, had the pleasure to try a hot exercise out in full uniform but just as a diver, not a hoser. I like to warm up by sticking hands inside of a hot oven tho..

11:50 The repo man was more likely fleeing the scene. As it is usually very dangerous to take others cars. It's a very not liked thing. In my country repo trucks were stealing cars, due to illegal contracts interest skyrocketing, so they took the liberty of taking in the cars as fast as possible. Which was not welcomed. Aka cars burning, axe being thrown at the car, the truck being chased, the truck man being found at their station, so on. (Interest being a monthly wage, or multiple of that, raise in 1 month) Same goes with collectors, parking ticketers and even weirdly sometimes gas meter measurers. Last one is weird. Parking ticket employees usually run, sprint away.
I don't know how it is in other countries, but due to living back, cheating, the people doing these kind of jobs are usually very hated. And not just hated.
