Dear Sir,
I would like to thank you for uploading very useful videos to us by your RUclips channel. I have a doubt on framing a sentence. I know which is subject and verb. But My doubt is the word which should be next from the verb.
For example:
1. The file has been sent to the candidate’s address (*if we ask the question on verb as “TO WHOM*)
2. The file has been sent to the candidate’s address on 22nd Nov 2021 (*if we ask the question on verb as “ON WHICH DATE*)
3. The file has been sent to the Candidate’s address by rail on 22nd Nov 2021. ( *If we ask the question on verb as “ By Which the file has been sent*)
4. The request given by the teacher is processing at Chennai for consideration of her promotion (*if we ask the question on Subject & Verb for what the request is processing*).
5. The advertisement has been published on yesterday for recruitment of primary teachers for this school.

This is my doubt. Please help me Sir.
If we frame a sentence with subject and verb. What and all questions should be asked on subject & verb for development of that sentence. Please see the above examples.
