This is done easier, i use my second controller to start up the game on an offline account that has been set up already (put a tsar stone or whatever you wanna dupe in legacy chest) then make a new character selecting the one with something in chest as legacy, then run down to the storage and join as your main account character with a key and open the door take the item and leave game, the item will effectively be duped and now you can make another new character on offline account and do it again, as long as the character selecting the legacy doesn't grab the item it will keep respawning for every new character you make selecting the legacy
Hi, you could use this with gold, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The legacy chests in the game can only hold 1 item, not stacks. So you could do this dupe 1 gold bar at a time. If you just want to transfer gold, you can do that with a second controller easily.
Hey, sorry for the late reply. In regards to the silver, you can use the cloud save dupe method for that. If you use it on any other items though the game will recognize the dupe and delete them. - the cloud save method: If you have 5k silver on you as an example, you would save, exit the game and make a cloud save of the games save file data. Then, load in and drop the silver to an online co-op player, once they pick it up and return to their world you can close the game and download your cloud save to the system (over writing it). So now it’s back to normal as if you never gave the silver away. Have the co-op player return to your world and drop the silver back to you. You’ll now have 10k silver. Repeat and get rich

Once that is done, return to Cierzo and speak to Burac the gate guard. He will give you the “Vendavel Threat” quest. (You must deal with the 3 other war lords either by peace or force within 40 game days time then Cierzo will fall permanently.) When you set out to deal with “Crock” at the Vendavel Fortress, make sure you bring Gaberry Wine with you. When you walk through the gate and speak to him, make sure you ask if he would like a drink. Then offer him the wine to get him drunk. Then in the dialog options, choose the one to send him to fight Burac. ("Anyone? Even someone like Burac, the warden of Cierzo?") When this is done, you will receive a Power Coil as a reward. Then you can simply use the exploit in this video to duplicate them. But do make sure you finish your business in the Vendavel Fortress and other two locations, or you will lock yourself out of Cierzo when the quest timer runs out.
Hey, I’m sorry to disappoint you. I don’t remember saying that, but if I did, I meant to say you can use this with backpacks, but the goods inside the bag won’t work. It’s a single item transfer system for this method
Hi, you just need to create a second character once and give him the key to the storage room. You can drop him in and out whenever you’d like for your main character or use him when you start a new build as well.

The second account doesn’t need to own a copy of the game or even have a subscription to play. Once you’ve created a second profile on your system You just need to power on your second controller and select that new profile for it to use

Can you do it with the cierzo town key. Cierzo got destroyed in my main play through, but if I could somehow get the key, I could access the legacy chest in cierzo. Thanks
Hi, great question. You will not be able to access that legacy chest with your main character if the city has fallen from the giants attack. In this situation, I would recommend looking up a walk through video that will take you to a different legacy chest. It will be a bit of work because you’ll have to create a new character and run him to the same one, but that’s the only way you could do it. - another option, would be to drop your full kit to a second account, then create a new character to start the game over on and drop the kit to him. It gives you a fresh start, so you’d need to re-acquire all your skills, and of course this time don’t let your home town burn to the ground lol.
@@LegendaryCarry thanks for the response! when they first released the game, there was no way into cierzo after the attack. after an update you can now enter from the beach bringing you right to the legacy chest door. I'm going to check and see if it works. I'll let you know
The town is still accessible if you go in through the beach after it's been destroyed. I don't know if the Legacy chest is accessible though I don't see why it wouldn't be

I have a guess though, After you placed the regular Arcane Robe inside the legacy chest on your main character and then created a brand new one, did you make sure to select your old profile under the legacy option in the character creation screen? If that step is missed then the new character will not be able to see any items in the chest. (I know you mentioned you followed everything step by step, so I’m just double checking before thinking of other possibilities)

Stupid on definitive edition on xbox x series you can't split screen with the same profile so I just can't get the things I want for this build of character, so dumb that you have to think so far ahead for each build with these legacy items

This has never been patched, should work fine still, just make sure you don’t skip any steps in the guide. All you need is that key and a second controller for split screen
