Love her. She is one of the best entertainers around. You can't beat one of her concerts because she always delivers the goods and entertains for whole 2 hours. Still my favorite singer. She looks and sounds amazing

She’s getting stronger, her voice every day.. she represents that very hard, boring , singing practicing over, over, this is what has helped her recreate a newer version. She has a more comfortable range in her lower registry.. she lives with the fear while performing that her voice won’t be there when she needs it.. don’t mess with Lyme disease, if u see a tick remove it, mark it to see if you have a bullseyes forming.. get to a dr, don’t wait..❤️❤️❤️👉🏻🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

On the high notes her voice is autotuned, because the way in which she is singing isn't a normal key for Shania - but the lower notes are sung normally. I think the autotune is what people are confusing with playback

No, James; there is no autotune there. But, there is lip synching.
Autotuning is for singers who can't stay in pitch. Like most pro singers Twain has perfect pitch & has no need for autotune.
However, virtually all pros require lip synching because of the nature of sound recording. Twain moves from side to side passing in front of loud speakers, drums, a wide range of ambient sounds such as people coughing, shouting, banging of chairs, etc. Her mike will pick up those noises & re-amplify them again & again thus ruining the performance. To compensate Twain sings live but the backstage sound techie uses a sliding switch to turn down her mike while turning up the recorded track. If you are close to her then you might hear her actual voice but as you move farther away the recorded track becomes more apparent.
This is nothing new; virtually all concerts have been using lip synching since the 1930's. Singers do it & so do other musicians as well as dancers, actors, etc.
If you want good sound just listen to the CD instead of watching a poorly recorded video with your lousy computer sound system.

all yall are wrong I'm a singer I'm not world nown yeat but I no my voice on CD sounds different but the sound you are hearing is live before you blame Shania twain for all lip singing Alison to the CD the woman in me and come on over she recorded them in her late 20s and early 30s and as mutch singing the woman has done your voice can't stay as good as it was Shania is 52 years old your voice starts to show age at 45 and there is songs she has lip singed to volcal cords are mussels and need rest like for instance when she sings who's bed have your boots been under that's why now she will some times say unda instead of under take it from some one who has been trying to make it in music for 8 years and is crazy over Shania twain and her music till you have lived the life of a singer/musician do your resarch

Dan Ochtman 2:11 - 2:15 for example - she was wrong (she opened her mouth differently). If You dont hear and see that it isn’t playback, You havent Got feeling for music. All tour was playback, I love her, but I know it. You can see and hear it on other songs from Concert, You will see, that all is Only playback... even the spoken word during singing.

Charlie - if you want good sound just listen to the CD instead of watching a poor recording with your lousy computer sound system. In fact, the only way to see a concert is to BE THERE so you can really soak up the atmosphere.
