I’m so glad you decided to keep video taping. I would miss you and Daisy very much. I know it’s a lot of work to do but I still pick up tips from your stories. Do as often as you think you would like, not should do. Congratulations on the promotion! That’s a great achievement. And congratulations on the weight loss. That is fantastic. Every time I see your Chatelaine I want to get out mine and after this Maynia I just might do that. Thank you for video taping Lisa. You were one of the first that I watched and I enjoy it so much.

Really enjoy your videos! It’s always enjoyable to watch! Your works is always beautiful and inspires me! I really appreciate the work that goes into them. Catching up with you and Daisy is like watching an old friend! Really hope you will continue to make the videos. Congratulations on your promotion and best wishes for your future in the job. If life gets too busy would be happy if you needed to do less videos just dont want yo to stop altogether!

Congratulations on your promotion. I know what you mean about pets. I have 2 cats, and my stitching spot is right next to the patio doors. During the winter months I act as door opener for them. Trouble is 1 of the cats will decide to go out, so I stop stitching open the patio door to let him out, and the cat will just sit there sniffing the air and won't go out, while I'm getting cold with the door open. So I shut the door, and guess what the cat now wants to go out!!!!
I feel your pain! I’m the feeder and the door opener and the belly rubber in this house. I know my place! 😂😂
Really enjoy your videos. But don’t feel bad if you need a break. Your steam heart is just amazing the eyes are so realistic. Congratulations on the weight loss you have put the effort in and it’s paying off.

I just thought I’d take a moment and say how much I love your channel. I have been watching for a while now and am really inspired by you and your channel. I hope you keep bringing us you and your wonderful way in sharing. I was stationed in Eastbourgh outside of London some years back, and watching you brings back wonderful memories. Anyway on the subject of Elbesee. I saw you using the paddle stand and ordered on right away ( I use it side-saddle lol). Now you come up with happy mail and I see the one with the clamp. I went to amazon and found the clamp part that goes into my original stand. Also ordered the floor stand, a cross stitch frame and also the nut tightner (wooden). I was surprised how much amazon offered from Elbesse. Waiting for next video, thanks once again. Karen

All of the projects you shared with us are large and labor intensive. You made great progress on your WIPs. Your stitching is so detailed and intricate. The mandala is a phenomenal creation with specialty stitches, back stitching, and beading. The piece is going to be spectacular!

Cats and dogs sit on our stuff because their jealous and our stuff is taking time away from them & they know it! Little buggers, they are! But you have to love them anyway. Lisa I just love that Sunflower piece and can't wait till you start that one. It's so pretty!! All your pieces are gorgeous. The sunflower one seems not to be along the lines of what you usually stitch. Always nice to try something new, isn't it. Maybe that's what the lovely lady piece needs. A rest. And you rejuvenate yourself with the sunflower. Sounda like fun. Have a great day Lisa. Hugs from south central Canada!

OMG LISA TAKE ME AWAY FROM THIS PLACE lol. Trust me, if I could I would've already left and moved overseas HAHA. But one day I do hope to make it across the pond, and I'll be sure to let you know whenever that happens! Oh my I LOVE Snapdragon on that fabric. I don't know when I'll get to her, but you may have influenced my fabric choice for when I do :))))) That Tudor Garden progress is BEAUTIFUL. I have everything I need to start the Chatelaine I was gifted EXCEPT the fabric. I think once I finish my Hannah Sanderson sampler, I'll reward myself with buying the fabric for it so I can start it :D Pro tip, I've cut my video making time down by doing one thing: NOT EDITING. Lol. I hit record, I do my things, I stop recording, I upload. :P NO PRESSURE TO MAKE VIDEOS. We will all be here waiting for your videos WHENEVER they may be uploaded :) HELL YES to losing 20lbs!! That's awesome!! My turn now LOL. Thanks for this update, Lisa! See you soon! If only it was in person lololol.

Congratulations on your promotion, well deserved I'm sure☺. You have been busy!☺ i too have had some weight loss, my blood sugars were dangerously high sew had to have a serious talk to myself, and have lost but only a stone since mid March. Also had a similar experience with a Cardigan I was able to comfortably fold it around me by 8/9 inches, i was chuffed. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Take care

Congrats on your weight loss. I know how hard it is. Your puppy is adorable and i have the same problem going in and out. Hello! There are a number of online stores that sell, it depends on what you want to stitch really? The main store in the US is 123 stitch and they sell all of the Mirabillia’s and main stream patterns and kits. The heaven and earth designs website is where you will find the full coverage patterns. That should get you started, but let me know if there is any thing specific you are looking for x

I'm planning to stitch Persephone in the near future. My daughter wants me to change up the color of either her hair or her dress. Do you have any experience changing colors or is it a foolish thing to even try?
Hi Karyl, not foolish at all, I’ve seen some amazing conversions over the years with great results although I’ve never attempted any myself, I’m not brave enough! There are a number of conversions online, if you google Mirabillia conversions that pulls up lots of options and you may get some good insight in the Mirabillia Facebook group. If you join and ask the question someone maybe able to help you. I hope that helps? Good luck and I hope you find a good solution to what you’re looking for! X

What count are you using for your Chatelaine? Your pieces are beautiful!
Hi Lynn, it’s 28 count Brittany antique white, stitched over 2 so it will come out at 14 count size. This seems to work really well for the bead placement xx
