    Relating to the first 15 minutes of the video there is an old saying this reminds me of that goes something like "the more we sweat in times of peace, the less we bleed in times of war." Training is preperation for the worst but if you dont train it regularly or for long periods they are skills that will diminish if not kept sharp but it all starts with that mindset you need to develop that he talks about. Great video!

    I'm quite smart when it comes to this. Someone once said what if someone was to rob you. I said "people are always coming and going from my house. I'm never realy alone. My shifts are random I'm comeing and going at random times. We once realised someone was letting themselves into our apartment complex. So we upped the security. 2 weeks later the locks been broken. So CCTV went up and nothing happened after. It's all about putting things in place.
