Wow! You explained everything so clearly and precise. I now know how to increase my testosterone. I love how you explain the science behind testosterone and what it does to our body. Thank you for always being so helpful and for teaching us to be more healthy and fit.
I've learnt loads from this video and trust your point of view because you always emphasise proper commonsense ways of living and accomplishing your goals using natural means. Will definitely follow it up with a bit more reading about zinc and vitamin D.
Hey A. Reelz, thanks for writing in and great question! We are such big fans of Ashwagandha that we incorporated it into your very own Testosterone Booster RX supplement. highly exciting scientific based natural testosterone boosting keypoints , the seesaw relationship between cortisol and testosterone is quite helpful , excellent share.
I need to increase my testosterone levels so this video will be very important and as usual very enjoyable and interesting. I always learn some thing new from the video...
Hi 02chevyguy - In the case of mixing supplements with any medications, I will always recommend discussing this with your own Doctor first. The suggestions I make in these videos are generally based on research findings from controlled groups, NOT specific individuals. If you are on medication that has specifically been prescribed for you, your Doctor will be able to assist you, being fully aware of your needs, dosages, and personal medical history.
This would be a good video for my son to watch. He put himself on a low carb diet but I think he needs to be eating more variety. He was low on vitamin D. I think real healthy foods is much better than vitamins.
Hey Russell, thanks for writing in brother and great question. We weren't happy with a lot of Test boosters on the market so we created our own! Dr Balduzzi How can i come to see you to discuss my health situation; are you located in NYC. ? Can you help me lower my blood pressure -- can raising my testosterone lower my blood pressure ? Does the lack of minerals on mineral have a lot to do with high or low blood pressure ?
Hello Enrique! Check out our program. It may be the solution you’re looking for: www.fitfatherproject.com/FF30X-letter-video My team and I can help you start seeing results! 🙌
Dr. Balduzzi, you mentioned crash diet crashes T's level, for about a month now I've started lifting weights again after a long time recovery of rotator cuff tendenitis, and I've been eating a lot salads pretty much every day with a slice or two of wheat bread and I include beets, green onions, garlic, walnuts, almond, pistachios sometimes with tuna, and thats during the day...for dinner I'll either have scrambled eggs, chicken breast or salmon on the side that same salad as aboveand for breakfast Oatmeal with strawberries, Blueberries with a half of tea spoon cinnamon. My miday snacks are usually walnuts, almonds, pistachios, fruits and veggies. I just turned 40 a few months ago, would that be considered "CRASH DIET"?
Hey Mo, thanks for writing in and great question brother! Also, kudos to you for getting back in the exercise game after some time away. Crash diets tend to be diets that have you eating at a massive caloric deficit. Now it all depends on your goal but if eating to lose weight/fat, we recommend eating at about 80% of your daily caloric needs to lose at a safe, healthy rate. If trying to gain weight/muscle, we recommend eating at a 250-500 caloric surplus on your lifting days (and not on your rest days) to help put on the right type of weight. You can calculate your caloric needs from the following calculator: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ovESOlp2HXdTKwS_lekmE2-oHePQomRQk7vEUqgA9eQ/edit?usp=sharing We detail both methods in our FF30X and Old School Muscle programs, respectively. You can find out more about each from the following page: www.fitfatherproject.com/shop-programs/ -The FFP Team
Fit Father Project - Fitness For Busy Fathers Thank for the reply Dr. A, I’m actually trying to do both loose fat and build muscle at same time, it just seems like I never find the right combination, but it make sense to eat more on days that I lift weights and less on rest days, thank you Dr. A
My wife was told by her hormone doctor that ashwagandha was not good for older women because it increases estrogen. So if this is true then how could it boost testosterone? What are your thoughts?
Hey Dojo, thanks for writing in and great question! It appears that Ashwagandha has a different effect on men as it can help boost DHEA/Testosterone levels with no change on estrogen/estradiol levels. Check this out for more info==>pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30854916/ -The FFP Team
examine.com/supplements/d-aspartic-acid/ Basically, you may get a short term t-boost... but it will return to baseline fairly quickly... and I'm not typically a fan of taking high dose single amino acid. Get the full spectrum from foods and the other stuff on this list is better for boosting t.
What are your thoughts on pine pollen tinctures and tongkat ali? I notice that when I start taking them in the beginning, it makes me more aroused but then the feeling subsides after a few days even though I keep on taking the herbs regularly.
Ok so all we gotta do is go outside around 12 in the afternoon and do some yoga poses naked, relax your mind, your body and get some of that sun everywhere and testicles.
natural intake testosterone, make soup from lamb or cow testicel if you like the taste, and the best is deer testicel, but hunting deer might be restricted in some countries..
This is worth a pin :-) Here's the study: academic.oup.com/endo/article-abstract/25/1/7/2772602?redirectedFrom=fulltext Summary: The study revealed that exposure to UV light triggered huge increases in testosterone levels which did not return to baseline levels for over a week. This increase was dependent on the location of the body and the amount of skin exposed to the UV light. The researchers found that men’s baseline testosterone increased by 120% (more than double!) when the participants’ chest and back were exposed to UV light. However, the biggest increase in testosterone came when the participants’ testicles were exposed to UV light. The latter resulted in a massive 200% increase (triple) in baseline testosterone levels.
This was great, thanks, been searching for "natural ways to boost testosterone levels" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Biyiley Sondalyn Review - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got amazing success with it.
OMG, losing zinc through sweat. Every 90 minutes hot yoga session depletes from your body how much zinc?? Scary! First time I hear this! Thank you, doctor.
It has to be moderate/intense exercise to lose appreciable amounts of zinc through sweat: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8220392 Exercise also may increase zinc loss through urination: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK236242/ Big thing is to just replenish regularly with zinc-rich foods.
