@@ashwanitomar yes bro today only I have already asked them again but they said ncl dnt provide any loe before c1/d visa, once we get visa then only loe is provided. Instead of loe they have given me US visa reference letters from company.

I think it's also depends which profile you are selected for. For example if you gonna work as a guest services officer then you need to have good communication skills. But if you are going to work in back of the house then communication skills should not have any problem
