  • We've fermented all types of Meat, Cabbage, Apple juice, and Bread. All of which we've done as naturally as possible. One thing we haven't fermented though is our own cheese. All of the techniques from this video I owe a book called "The Natural Art Of Cheese Making" by David Asher.
