The reason the black guy from the beginning of the video was so adamant and irritated is because he is actually the Co- Captain of the Riverboat they had circled the dock for 45 min calling out on the PA for the private owners of the smaller boat to move it so they could properly dock, when no one arrived an even smaller boat was sent by a 16 year old (the tall but young white kid that got pushed at the very beginning of the altercation also you dont see him long he has a vest on) he was sent to pick up the Black man (Co - Captain) to take him to the dock and when he arrived there he had every right to move the smaller boat ...which we all know started the whole thing...Just wanted to clarify for those that did not see the press conference held yesterday by the Mayor and Police Chief. ....your welcome :)

Nobody talks about this part, so I want everyone to go back and watch. Right after The Chairman hits that lady, there's a woman beside them. The amount of hype and joy she had was incredible 😂
I'm going to watch it again this morning 😂
I saw her.... it looked like she said "that's wtf I'm talking bout!"🎉
Not "The Chairman" !!! 😂😂😂
Best wrestling name ever!
I saw that 😂
